The method includes: receiving a plurality of layers rendered by an application; determining a target layer from the plurality of layers according to respective layer attribute information corresponding to the plurality of layers, in which, the layer attribute information includes at least one of the following: whether cache data is null, whether a display mode matches other layers, an attribute of at least one visible region, an attribute of at least one transparent region, whether there is at least one updated region in a preset period, and an attribute of the at least one updated region, where the display mode includes a landscape orientation mode or a portrait orientation mode; and composing layers in the plurality of layers other than the target layer into an image to be displayed, and sending the image to be displayed to a screen for displaying.

Abstract: A method, device and non-transitory computer-readable medium for control of a refresh frequency of a display unit are disclosed. The display unit is in communication with a processor and configured to display image frames processed by the processor on a screen of the display unit. The method includes: acquiring a real-time frame composition frequency corresponding to an amount of time required for the processor to complete composition of an image frame to be displayed; determining a refresh frequency of the display unit based on the real-time frame composition frequency, when the real-time-frame composition frequency satisfies a preset condition; and refreshing the screen of the display unit at the determined refresh frequency.

Abstract: A method and an apparatus for adjusting a backlight brightness of a screen, and a mobile terminal are provided. At least one of a display frame characteristic of the screen, a user behavior characteristic, a camera status and a scene characteristic of the screen is obtained when a backlight control function is enabled. A target backlight control level is determined according to the at least one of the display frame characteristic of the screen, the user behavior characteristic, the camera status and the scene characteristic of the screen. The backlight brightness of the screen is adjusted dynamically based on the target backlight control level.

The method includes: determining that each of at least one foreground applications running currently is in a whitelist consisting of preset applications; obtaining a preset refresh rate corresponding to each of the at least one foreground application in the whitelist, and determining a target refresh rate of a display screen of the mobile terminal according to the preset refresh rate corresponding to each of the at least one foreground applications, in which an operation mode of the display screen is a command mode; and controlling the display screen by a display controller to read display frame data to be displayed from a frame buffer unit of the display screen at a frequency same as the target refresh rate and to display the display frame data.
