Abstract: The present invention discloses a communication method, including: sending, by a user equipment, a request message to a micro network node, so that the micro network node sends an indication message to a macro network node; receiving an uplink resource (UG) sent according to the indication message by the macro network node; and sending uplink signaling or uplink data to the macro network node according to the uplink resource (UG). Embodiments of the present invention further provide a corresponding device and system. In technical solutions of the present invention, the micro network node participates in accessing the user equipment to a network, so that a UE can rapidly access the network, which reduces an access delay of the UE.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention relate to the field of communications, and provide a communications method and apparatus, which can solve a problem in the prior art that, in order to save power, when a mobility management entity (MME) delays delivering a paging message or a UE uses a long discontinuous reception (DRX) period, an exception may occur in a serving gateway (SGW). The method includes: acquiring, by an MME, information of a UE (S101); determining, by the MME according to the information, whether the UE satisfies a first preset condition (S102); if the UE satisfies the first preset condition, generating, by the MME, a first indication, where the first indication is used for instructing an SGW to retain first data or discard first data, and the first data is downlink data of the UE (S103); and sending, by the MME, the first indication to the SGW.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method and user equipment for transmitting data. The method includes: determining indication information used for indicating to the user equipment (UE) to use a dual stream mode to transmit data; and determining, according to the indication information and a transmission mode determining condition, a transmission mode used for transmitting data, where the transmit mode is a single stream mode or the dual stream mode. By using the method and user equipment for transmitting data in the embodiments of the present invention, a transmission mode is flexibly selected based on a transmission mode determining condition, and data transmission can be implemented at higher efficiency by combining advantages of the dual stream mode and the single stream mode.

The method includes: before a user equipment (UE) initiates a random access process, identifying, by the UE, a capability of a network side device, and when the UE identifies that the network side device is a network side device that does not support low cost machine type communication (LC-MTC), reselecting, by the UE, to access another network side device. By means of the capability matching method, the apparatus, and the system provided in the embodiments of the present invention, a problem that a capability mismatch occurs between a UE and a network side device is avoided, and a waste of authorized resources, extra power consumption of a UE, and an interruption of data transmission are avoided.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a multicast service reading method. The method includes: determining, by user equipment UE, multicast control channel MCCH configuration information, where the MCCH configuration information includes a multicast control channel identifier MCCH-RNTI and MCCH sending period information; determining, by the UE, MCCH sending time information according to the MCCH sending period information; reading, by the UE, an MCCH message according to the MCCH sending time information by using the MCCH-RNTI, where the MCCH message includes configuration information of a multicast service; and reading, by the UE, the multicast service according to the configuration information of the multicast service. Embodiments of the present disclosure further provide a multicast service sending method and a related device. The embodiments of the present disclosure help reduce waste of an MBSFN subframe.
