A plurality of sets of image data of a subject acquired by a magnetic resonance (MR) scanner and a set of reference image data of the subject may be obtained. For each set of the plurality of sets of image data, a phase shift between the set of reference image data and the set of image data may be determined using a cross-correlation algorithm, and a set of corrected image data of the channel may be obtained by performing a phase correction for the set of image data based on the phase shift. Target image data of the subject may be determined based on the plurality of sets of corrected image data of the subject. A target image of the subject may be generated by image reconstruction based on the target image data of the subject.
