The method is applied to a customer service system, and comprises: in the case that a customer service system and a user terminal perform audio/video interaction through an audio/video channel, sending first multimedia information to an IMS to request the IMS to establish a data channel between the IMS and the user terminal and send the first multimedia information to the user terminal through the data channel, wherein the first multimedia information is multimedia interaction information that has been synchronized and associated with audio/video information sent through the audio/video channel, and is used for prompting a user of the user terminal to feed back information.

Abstract: A communication method, a signaling control network element, a media control network element and a communication system. The communication method comprises: acquiring a transparent transmission channel creation request; performing, according to the transparent transmission channel creation request, negotiation processing on a media control network element and a first terminal device corresponding to a first terminal identifier, so as to create a transparent transmission channel between the media control network element and the first terminal device; obtaining a first resource identifier of an application entity according to the transparent transmission channel creation request; and sending the first resource identifier to the media control network element, so that the media control network element determines a data transmission relationship between the transparent transmission channel and the application entity corresponding to an application identifier.

Abstract: Provided are a method and an apparatus for implementing a call service, an electronic device, and a computer readable storage medium, the method includes: deciding whether a first state of a terminal in an eMSC is consistent with a second state of the terminal in an IMS; if they are inconsistent, sending a registration request to the IMS to cause the terminal to complete an initial call service, wherein the eMSC does not subscribe to registration state information in the IMS.

With the method that a P-CSCF acquires number information of A user, and then parses and stores the number information, number association is realized, wherein the format of the number may be either SIP or TEL. The method and system can simplify and optimize service processing, thus improving efficiency and reducing cost.

Abstract: A method and system for Quality of Service (QoS) during access negotiation are provided, which include that during media resource access negotiation, a calling side network element receives an INVITE 200 OK message from a called side terminal, detects that this call is under a SIP Forking scenario, only updates media resources negotiated by current session branch associated with the called side terminal, and does not process resource bearers negotiated by other session branches. A method and system for QoS bearer resource control during release is also provided, which include that during media resource release, a calling side network element receives a BYE message, and when detecting that this call is under an SIP Forking scenario, only releases media resources negotiated by current session branch, and does not process resource bearers negotiated by other session branches. By the disclosure, a resource bearer requirement of the SIP Forking scenario can be met.
