  • Publication number: 20240133315
Abstract: An integrally bladed rotor (IBR) for a gas turbine engine is provided. The IBR includes a hub, rotor blades that include a test blade, and at least one heating element. Each rotor blade has an airfoil with leading and trailing edges, suction side and pressure side surfaces, and a base end. The airfoil of the test blade includes at least one slot defining a void in the airfoil. The slot extends a lengthwise distance into the airfoil along a direction generally between the leading and trailing edges of the airfoil and terminates at a slot end surface. The airfoil includes at least one internal cavity extending lengthwise from the slot end surface. The heating element is disposed in the internal cavity and selectively produces thermal energy sufficient to heat the airfoil material proximate the internal cavity to a temperature at which the airfoil mechanical strength properties are decreased.

  • Patent number: 11912932
Abstract: An encapsulated polymer flooding method and system for enhancing oil recovery includes: (1) determining reservoir parameters, a well deployment, and a development dynamic state of a target oil reservoir; (2) determining a near-wellbore targeted profile control area and a far-wellbore targeted viscosification area; (3) designing and synthesizing an encapsulated polymer according to conditions of the target oil reservoir; (4) evaluating and determining whether the anti-shearing performance, the sustained release and viscosification performance, the injection performance, and the profile control performance of the encapsulated polymer meet expected performance requirements based on laboratory tests; (5) formulating an injection scheme for an encapsulated polymer flooding field; and (6) monitoring the development dynamic state of the oil reservoir; according to the present disclosure, the polymer is wrapped with a shell layer, which greatly reduces the shear degradation during injection of the polymer and effecti

  • Publication number: 20230369985
Abstract: A bidirectional DC/DC converter includes a first terminal circuit, a transformer, a second terminal circuit, and a reset circuit, and the transformer includes a first winding and a second winding. The first terminal circuit is coupled to the first winding, and the second terminal circuit and the reset circuit are coupled to the second winding. In a first time period in which the bidirectional DC/DC converter is in a second working state, the second terminal circuit transmits a second alternating current to the first terminal circuit by using the second winding and the first winding; and in a second time period in which the bidirectional DC/DC converter is in the second working state, the reset circuit is in a conducted state, to reset the second winding.

  • Publication number: 20230233605
Abstract: A serum exosome with high osteogenesis and high angiogenesis, a preparation method and an application thereof are provided, which belongs to the field of bone defect repair technologies. The serum exosome is derived from a serum in a fracture recovery period, and the fracture recovery period is in a range of a second week to a fifth week after fracture. It has been found that the exosomes extracted from the serum after fracture have stronger osteogenic and angiogenic properties than exosomes extracted from normal serum, which is helpful to solve problems that large segmental bone defects, extensive traumas and other diseases are difficult to repair, and provide a new therapy for all diseases that need to be repaired and cured through osteogenic and/or angiogenic properties.

  • Patent number: 9896734
Abstract: Provided in the present invention is an asparaginic acid kinase, and the 340th amino acid residue in the position of the amino acid sequence of the asparaginic acid kinase corresponding to the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 2 is a non-aspartic acid. The asparaginic acid of the present invention can efficiently relieve the feedback inhibition of L-lysine, and can be effectively used for the production of L-lysine. Also provided in the present invention are host cells comprising genes coding the asparaginic acid kinase and a method for producing L-lysine using the host cells or the asparaginic acid kinase. The asparaginic acid kinase of the present invention or the host cells comprising the asparaginic acid kinase of the present invention is also used to produce L-threonine, L-methionine, L-isoleucine or L-valine. Also provided in the present invention is a method of producing L-aspartyl-4-yl phosphoric acid using the asparaginic acid kinase or the host cells.
