In the method, a starch and an anthocyanin are mixed in an aqueous solution of hydrochloric acid, treated at a certain high hydrostatic pressure condition to enable the starch to be gelatinized and to interact with the anthocyanin, and then stored at a certain temperature, so that interaction between the anthocyanin and the starch is further enhanced to form a complex. The method can improve the stability of anthocyanins, which helps to improve the quality of products and extend the shelf life of products.

    Abstract: The invention relates to an oral solution having high SOD enzymatic activity and the preparation method therefor, wherein the method comprises: pressing edible plant raw materials, followed by removing large particles by means of centrifugation (1000-4000 rpm, 0-30 min); subsequently, separating the supernatant using two processes of ultrafiltration (the first separation adopting a tubular membrane with pore size ranging from 60-120 kD; the second accomplished by an spiral-wound membrane with pore size ranging from 8-30 kD), before treated using ultra-high pressure at 200-600 MPa for a period of 1-20 min. After treated by the method of the invention, SOD has been activated with enhanced enzymatic activity up to above 10000 U/ml, which has addressed problems related to low enzymatic activity of SOD in products. The products obtained by the present method are more beneficial to human health.

Forming a sacrificial portion at a first end of an upper electrode layer before a passivation layer is formed so that it supports a corresponding end portion of the passivation layer, making the passivation layer not suspended at all. In this way, the suspended portion of the passivation layer will not be damaged during the formation of a contact pad. In addition, subsequent to the formation of the contact pad, removing the sacrificial portion, freeing up a space under the end portion of the passivation layer so that the end portion itself becomes a suspended portion. This can ensure performance of the resulting semiconductor device.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for quantitatively detecting VBNC state bacteria. The method of the present invention comprises the following steps: treating HPCD-induced VBNC state E. coli O157:H7 with PMA to eliminate the impact of dead and damaged bacteria in the sample on quantification; using the genomic DNA of PMA-treated VBNC state bacteria as a template, ddPCR was performed. The present invention establishes a PMA-ddPCR detection method for rapid quantitative detection of the number of VBNC state bacteria. The detection method of the present invention can achieve accurate detection and quantification of VBNC state bacteria within 4-6 h with a detection range of 101-107 and a quantitative range of 102-107. This method not only has the advantages of strong specificity and high sensitivity, but also has the advantages of accurate quantification, reliable results, simplicity and time saving.

After processings with the present method, the enzymatic activity of SOD is stable and, at the same time, the microorganisms in the fruit and vegetable juice can be killed. The determined phase tilt may be compensated utilizing a phase tilt correction filter, which may comprise one or more all-pass filters. The average I and Q gain and phase mismatch may be determined utilizing a blind source separation (BSS) estimation algorithm.
