  • Publication number: 20200158117
Abstract: In a vacuum pump, the lower Ra sensor target, the fourth spacer, and the Ra electromagnetic target are configured in this order, from the inlet port side toward the outlet port side, at the lower side of the shaft of the 5-axis control magnetic bearing Likewise, at the lower side of the stator, the lower Ra sensor and the lower Ra electromagnet are configured in this order, from the inlet port toward the outlet port. In other words, the lower Ra sensor is disposed above the lower Ra electromagnet. According to this configuration, the third spacer fixed above the lower Ra sensor target is shortened. As a result, the height of the 5-axis control magnetic bearing and the length of the stator column enclosing electrical components constituting the 5-axis control magnetic bearing is reduced, thereby reducing the overall height of the vacuum pump.

  • Patent number: 8246300
Abstract: The distance h between a base end face 12ta (12tb) of a stator-blade-wheel outer ring part 12a and the corresponding rotor-blade end face 4aa (4ab), is set at a value larger than the maximum deformation of the running rotor blade wheel 4a during the pump operation. The larger distance h keeps perfectly stator-rotor separation, while the outer ring part 12a of a stator blade wheel 12 goes, in assembling, into the rotor area on account of large shift of any half of stator blade wheels owing to the wide cutting width. It makes also easy stator blade wheel assembling of the pump, as it is allowable to arrange half stator blade wheels with some eccentricity.

  • Patent number: 6615600
Abstract: The present invention provides a controlling apparatus and a controlling method for a mode change type refrigerating system allowing the most appropriate temperature control even with respect to various heating loads. When a person sets a target temperature setter and a fan setter in a motor vehicle as desired, a unit to be connected with a mode change condition circuit 101 is determined from among control units and from among calculation units of speed revision. A capacity control instruction value (Duty 1) calculated by controlling a temperature and a capacity control instruction value (Duty 2) calculated by revising a speed are added, then the capacity of a variable capacity type gas compressor is controlled with reference to a capacity control instruction value (Duty 3) as the added signal.
