Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a vehicle warning method and the device thereof, used to solve the problem that danger may happen when an active human or object is left in a vehicle. The method includes: detecting whether an active voice exist inside the vehicle after it is determined that the vehicle is locked; if yes, sending a warning message. In the present disclosure, the problem that a danger may happen when an active person or object is left in a vehicle is solved, and the active voice in the vehicle interior is detected, by the means, human or object with less activity may also be detected correctly, thusly preventing situations such as detecting miss, and improving detecting accuracy.
