Abstract: Proposed are device and method for removing a foreign object from a heat transfer tube, and the device includes a reel part configured to wind or unwind a connecting tube, a drive part, disposed adjacent to the reel part, configured to move the connecting tube in and out of a heat transfer tube, and to operate so that the connecting tube is rotatable inside the heat transfer tube, and a manipulator, disposed on an end part of the connecting tube, configured to be inserted into the heat transfer tube and to remove a foreign object placed between the heat transfer tube and an adjacent heat transfer tube, wherein the manipulator is configured to hold and transport at least a portion of the foreign object.

Abstract: An opening machining apparatus for a heat transfer tube, a method of machining an opening in a tube wall of a heat transfer tube using the same apparatus, and a method of removing a foreign material through the same opening are provided.

Abstract: A separating plate for polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell and a method for manufacturing the same is provided. Preferred separating plates for polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell are capable of being light weight and corrosion resistant, as well as being economical to produce and exhibit good physical properties. Preferred separating plates are produced with compositions comprising graphite and phenolic resin.
