Abstract: An apparatus for transferring a tube includes a first conveyor where a tube is transferred, a second conveyor located at a lower level than the first conveyor, and a sliding structure including a guiding body positioned between the first conveyor and the second conveyor and guiding the tube provided in the first conveyor so that the tube is slid down and a controller configured to control so that the tube that is slid down is selectively provided to the second conveyor.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method and a system for determining the height of a solution in a container in order to amplify and detect a target nucleic acid, the method comprising the steps of: using an illuminator to emit infrared light at the container, which is a colored container; using a detector comprising a photosensor, so as to sense the infrared light passing through the container and refracted, the detector being arranged in the direction of sensing the refracted infrared light; using the sensed refracted infrared light so as to acquire an image; and analyzing the acquired image so as to determine the height of the solution in the container.

Abstract: Provided is a method and system for determining a magnetic bead concentration in a suspension according to the disclosure, including irradiating a plurality of different wavelengths of light to a suspension in which magnetic beads are suspended, measuring the intensities of a plurality of reflected light beams at the different wavelengths reflected from magnetic beads, and determining the concentration of the magnetic beads from the measured intensities of the reflected light beams at the different wavelengths.
