  • Publication number: 20240071475
Abstract: A memory device may include a first data line driver circuit that generates a first reference voltage set based on a first code and a second code associated with a first data line, and determines bit values of the first input data received through the first data line, based on the first reference voltage set. A second data line driver circuit may similarly generate a second reference voltage set. The reference voltages may have levels based on a decision feedback equalization (DFE) technique to reduce bit errors otherwise caused by inter symbol interference.

  • Patent number: 7774916
Abstract: A new shrink fitting method including deformation is disclosed, in which a high bonding force can be obtained without accurate mechanical process such as forming an insertion body having an outer diameter greater than an inner diameter of an object for receiving the insertion body. The shrink fitting method comprises preparing a pipe and a rod material whose inner and outer diameters are different from each other; bonding the pipe and the rod material to each other in a state that the pipe or the rod material is deformed by heating; deforming the pipe to allow the inner diameter of the pipe to be equal to the outer diameter of the rod material; and cooling the bonded pipe and rod material. The shrink fitting method can be widely used for various mechanical parts.

  • Publication number: 20090126289
Abstract: The present invention relates to a damping structure which is capable effectively damping vibration of a structure. The damping structure includes a vibration controlling medium fixed at a structure and vibrating with an amplitude greater than that of the structure upon vibration and a damper vibrating separately from the vibration controlling medium as a result of being loosely fitted into the vibration controlling medium or a damper supporter extended therefrom, and thus having a vibration frequency different from that of the vibration controlling medium.

  • Patent number: 5516371
Abstract: A RE-TM-B magnet is produced by employing a circular tube placed between a upper punch and a lower punch, wherein a magnetic powder is loaded. After the loading, the powder is hot pressed in the tube by the action of the upper punch at a temperature of 400.degree. to 1000.degree. C. to produce an isotropic magnet compact. Subsequently, the compact may be hot worked at a temperature of 400.degree. to 1000.degree. C. to obtain an anisotropic magnet, if desired.
