    Abstract: Provided are an antenna device and a method for operating the antenna device. The antenna device includes a horizontal polarization antenna implemented on a first layer in a multi-layer circuit board and a vertical polarization antenna implemented on a plurality of second layers that are different from the first layer in the multi-layer circuit board, in which the horizontal polarization antenna and the vertical polarization antenna are stacked spaced apart from each other at an edge of a side of the multi-layer circuit board.
