    Abstract: The present invention provides a method and a device for encoding a motion merge candidate using depth information. A method for encoding a motion merge candidate using depth information, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: determining a first condition with respect to whether or not a current block and an neighboring block that is spatially adjacent to the current block exist in the same object area, in which depth information is used for determining; determining a second condition with respect to whether or not a motion merge candidate of the current block and a motion merge candidate of the neighboring block are the same; and, if the first condition and the second condition are satisfied, instead of encoding the motion merge candidate of the current block, encoding flag information which indicates that the motion merge candidate of the current block and the motion merge candidate of the neighboring block are the same.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method for deriving motion information and a device for encoding an image using depth information. A method for deriving motion information using depth information, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: comparing each motion information item of a plurality of adjacent blocks that are spatially adjacent to an encoded current block and thereby searching for an adjacent block having the same motion information; comparing, using depth information, whether or not a first object area comprising a block in a reference image temporally corresponding to the current block and a second object area comprising the adjacent block that has been found are the same; and, if the first object area and the second object area are the same, deriving motion information of the adjacent block that has been found as motion information of the current block.

    Abstract: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating an ocular surface disease is disclosed, wherein the pharmaceutical composition includes, as an active component, collagen type II ?1 based peptide GQDGLAGPK isolated from chondrocyte-derived extracellular matrix (CDEM). In an alkaline burn animal mode treated with peptide GQDGLAGPK, the occurrence of corneal opacification is reduced as well as the expression of angiogenic factors (e.g., CD31 and VEGF). In addition, the expression of inflammatory markers (e.g., macrophages, TNF?, ICAM-1, VCAM-1, and MMP-9) is reduced while the expression of inflammation-inducing factor (e,g,, NF-?B) is suppressed. The peptide GQDGLAGPK according to the present invention may be applied to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating an ocular surface disease (e.g., a corneal disease).
