Abstract: According to the present disclosure, a method of providing a profile of a user using an electronic apparatus includes identifying states of a plurality of online users accessing a profile provision system, determining at least one or more second users to be displayed on a terminal of a first user among the plurality of online users based on the states of the plurality of online users, and providing profile information of the at least one or more second users to the terminal of the first user, wherein the profile information of the at least one or more second users may include an indicator indicating a state of a corresponding second user.

The method implemented by a computer system including at least one processor configured to execute computer-readable instructions stored in a memory, includes receiving a request for entering a chatroom; and displaying content related to the chatroom based on a system message of the chatroom in response to entering the chatroom.
