Abstract: An ultrasound apparatus includes: a display unit configured to display on an ultrasound image a measuring device image including a plurality of measuring points which indicate points on the ultrasound image that are to be measured, and an adjusting portion for adjusting the plurality of measuring points; an input unit configured to receive a touch input for changing a position of the adjusting portion; and a controller configured to adjust a position of at least one of the plurality of measuring points based on the changed position of the adjusting portion, and to obtain a measurement value based on positions of the plurality of measuring points including the at least one measuring point, the position of which is adjusted, wherein the plurality of measuring points are disposed apart from the adjusting portion.

Abstract: Disclosed is an ultrasound apparatus. The ultrasound apparatus includes a user input unit that receives a user input which selects a menu for setting an annotation in a first ultrasound image displayed on a screen of the ultrasound apparatus, a control unit that determines a photographing part of an object in the first ultrasound image, and a display unit that displays a setting window including at least one recommendation annotation among a plurality of annotations corresponding to the determined photographing part of the object. The user input unit receives a user input which selects one from the at least one recommendation annotation, and the display unit displays an image, representing the selected recommendation annotation, on the first ultrasound image. The at least one recommendation annotation is an annotation which is previously input by the user and is generated in the ultrasound apparatus in correspondence with a second ultrasound image including the photographing part.

Abstract: Provided are an ultrasound diagnosis apparatus and a method of operating the ultrasound diagnosis apparatus that are capable of efficiently controlling screens of a plurality of displays. The ultrasound diagnosis apparatus includes: a first display configured to display first images in a first image layout; a second display configured to display second images in a second image layout; a user input unit configured to receive an input for selecting at least one from among the first images; and a controller configured to control displaying of at least one selected from the second images and the at least one selected image on the second display in a third image layout.

The display apparatus includes an output unit configured to output a user interface (UI) which is controllable by a plurality of input modes, and a controller configured to set an input mode according to a user feedback type regarding the UI, and configured to output another UI which corresponds to the set input mode.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for providing help upon a user's wrong button manipulation, the method including: obtaining information on a user's button manipulation; checking whether an error pattern is detected in the button manipulation, using the information on button manipulation; and if the error pattern is detected, providing help information corresponding to the detected error pattern. According to the present invention, information on a user's button manipulation in a device is obtained, an error or malfunction pattern due to the user's wrong button manipulation is detected, and help information is provided in order to allow the user to return to the right process or prevent the error next time.
