The system according to the present disclosure taps into the same vein. It allows anyone to suggest outcomes to future events, and for anyone else to vote as to whether they agree or disagree with them. These votes can be purchased and the more votes spent, and the more outcomes successfully predicted, the more money a voter can make. The system facilitates this process through on-line and mobile technologies. Over time, the accumulated data will reveal trends about public attitudes and the extent to which fears and hopes about the future match the reality that transpires.
