Abstract: A wire harness includes one or more electrically-conducting paths, and a tubular exterior member configured to cover the electrically-conducting paths. The exterior member is a resin member including a flexible tubular part having flexibility and a less-flexible tubular part having less flexibility than that of the flexible tubular part. The exterior member is integrally formed to have a linear shape as a whole in a state where the flexible tubular part is not deflected.
Abstract: A shield structure and a wire harness are provided which can improve a working property, reduce the number of parts and lower a cost when a shield member is fixed and integrally formed. In the shield structure, a tubular electromagnetic shield member 40 is fixed to and formed integrally with a motor side connecting part 42 and an inverter side connecting part 43 by a resin molding. Specifically, the motor side connecting part 42 and the inverter side connecting part 43 are formed as electrically conductive molded products and an integral molding operation is carried out when a terminal part of the electromagnetic shield member 40 is integrally formed with the electrically conductive molded products respectively.
Abstract: A wire harness includes one or more conducting paths, and a pipe-like exterior member which accommodates the one or more conducting paths. The exterior member is formed of a shrinkable tube having a bent part formed in conformity with a wiring path of the one or more conducting paths during a shrink of the shrinkable tube, and the bent part maintains a shape of the wiring path of the one or more conducting paths after the shrink of the shrinkable tube.
Abstract: A wire harness includes a coaxial conducting wire including a plurality of high voltage paths which are coaxially aligned, a covering member, accommodating the coaxial conducting wire, and a terminal, connected to one of the high voltage paths disposed outside of another one of the high voltage paths, and including a tubular portion coaxial to the coaxial conducting wire. The terminal includes a connection tubular portion as the tubular portion, a crimping tubular portion connecting the one of the high voltage paths to the connection tubular portion by crimping, and an outside connection terminal integrated with the connection tubular portion.
Abstract: Edge portions are formed on a shell fixing portion, disposed in upper and lower positions on the shell fixing portion and formed extending horizontally. Crimp pieces are continuously formed on the edge portions, and the crimp pieces are folded back at the edge portions therealong so as to extend towards a distal end of a cylindrical shell portion. The crimp pieces each have a rectangular flat plate-like shape and disposed facing oppositely corresponding external flat surface portions of the cylindrical shell portion with a predetermined space defined therebetween. The crimp pieces are formed as a crimping applied portion and the cylindrical shell portion is formed as a crimping bearing portion.
Abstract: For providing a connector, which can secure reliability of connection between a terminal and an electric component connected to the terminal even if a car is vibrated in driving, a connector includes a terminal having an electric contact portion and connected to an electric wire, and a connector housing having a terminal receiving section holding the terminal. The electric contact portion is arranged to be inclined to a horizontal direction.
