  • Publication number: 20230204286
Abstract: A rotary kiln includes: a heating tube; a material feeding unit disposed on a first end of the heating tube; a material collection unit disposed on a second end of the heating tube; an inner cylinder supported at the second end of the heating tube with the inner cylinder being inserted in a central portion of the heating tube; a plurality of branch tubes disposed circumferentially on an outer circumferential surface of the inner cylinder, each of the branch tubes branching from the inner cylinder and extending in an axial direction along an inner circumferential surface of the heating tube; a hot air supply tube supported to be relatively rotatable with respect to the inner cylinder with the hot air supply tube being inserted in one end of the inner cylinder that extends outside the heating tube; and a drive mechanism that rotates the heating tube.

  • Patent number: 5082753
Abstract: Cooling pipes are embedded in cooling plates for cooling the cell stack of a fuel cell battery. Cooling water is supplied from an inlet main cooling pipe to the cooling pipes, and, after having cooling the cell stack, is discharged from an outlet main cooling pipe. Each of the inlet and outlet main cooling pipes comprises a concentric stock of short metallic pipes and ring-shaped insulating spacers, the metallic pipes and the insulating spacers being alternately arranged. The metallic pipes and insulating spacers of the concentric stock are fastened together by either studs disposed around the stack or springs housed in outer holder tube which is fitted over the concentric stock.

  • Patent number: 4444397
Abstract: An adjusting device for adjusting the height of a net pole and the tension of a net rope so as to set up a net used, for example, for a volley ball game, comprises an outer tube, an inner tube telescopically inserted in the outer tube, a stretching means for stretching or releasing a net rope, and a drive means for actuating the inner tube to rise or fall along the outer tube and the stretching means. The drive means is completely housed in the outer tube and actuated by a detachable handle through an opening formed in the outer tube. The rope stretching means is provided at the top end of the inner tube and actuated by the drive means so as to stretch or release the net rope. The drive means is a counter-rotation preventing mechanism per se.
