Patent number: 9550596Abstract: A method of sealing a container and a lid by melt adhesion by laser. Either the container or the lid has a thermoplastic resin that permits the laser beam to transmit through and the other one has a resin composition of the thermoplastic resin containing a heat-generating substance. Further, the laser beam applies a rectangular beam having a uniform intensity distribution. The upper-limit of temperature is not lower than a melting point of the thermoplastic resin but lower than a thermal decomposition start temperature thereof in the melt adhesion interface between the container and the lid, and the temperature reaches the upper-limit in a heating time t (msec) represented by the following formula (1), t (msec)=L/S??(1) where L is the length (mm) of the rectangular beam in the scanning direction, and S is the rate of laser scanning (mm/msec) of not higher than 1.65 mm/msec.Type: GrantFiled: March 8, 2013Date of Patent: January 24, 2017Assignee: TOYO SEIKAN GROUP HOLDINGS, LTD.Inventors: Makoto Sawada, Kiyotaka Shinozaki, Yoshiaki Shinagawa, Jun Yamasaki

Patent number: 8349420Abstract: A sealed packing body comprising a packing body made from a laminated material and a sealing member for sealing the packing body; wherein the laminated material includes a base material layer, a thermoplastic resin layer containing an iron powder, and a thermoplastic resin layer which permits a laser beam to pass through, at least the surface of the sealing member which comes in contact with the packing body comprising a thermoplastic resin which permits the laser beam to pass through; and the surfaces of the packing body and the sealing member coming in contact are sealed together by laser welding. It is, therefore, allowed to effectively utilize the iron powder that has, heretofore, been utilized as an oxygen absorber of the packing containers and to efficiently conduct the laser welding.Type: GrantFiled: August 21, 2009Date of Patent: January 8, 2013Assignee: Toyo Seikan Kaisha, Ltd.Inventors: Kiyotaka Shinozaki, Shoichi Inaba, Yoshiaki Shinagawa, Jiro Iida

Publication number: 20100006175Abstract: [Problems] To obtain a spouted pouch package having a high degree of deoxidation by a method in which even a liquid content which is easily foamable can be filled while being inhibited from foaming. [Means for Solving Problems] A pre-filling deoxidation step (1) is performed before a liquid content is filled into a pouch. The pre-filling deoxidation step (1) comprises: a vacuum step (1-1) in which a gas is evacuated from the pouch; an inert gas blowing step (1-2) in which an inert gas is blown into the pouch after the vacuum step; and a gas-reduction vacuum step (1-3) in which the gas in the pouch after the inert gas blowing step is discharged under vacuum to reduce the gas in the pouch to a predetermined amount. Thereafter, the pouch is evacuated in a pre-filling second degassing step (2-1) and then filled with a content. After filling, gas replacement is implemented.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 20, 2007Publication date: January 14, 2010Inventors: Yoshiaki Shinagawa, Makoto Sawada

Patent number: 5327092Abstract: A switched capacitor filter circuit which enables easy adjustment of a post-filter circuit to reduce the power consumption of a switched capacitor filter at a main side. In the switched capacitor filter circuit, a plurality of capacitors having capacitive values weighted by interpolating operation coefficients are provided, and a second SCF, operated at a sufficiently high sampling frequency to suppress unnecessary frequency components through a lower-order analog filter, is used as a post-filter.Type: GrantFiled: March 19, 1992Date of Patent: July 5, 1994Assignee: Matsushita Elecric Industrial Co., Ltd.Inventors: Kazunori Inogai, Yoshiaki Shinagawa, Kouichi Honma
