  • Publication number: 20240099013
Abstract: According to one embodiment, the array chip includes a three-dimensionally disposed plurality of memory cells and a memory-side interconnection layer connected to the memory cells. The circuit chip includes a substrate, a control circuit provided on the substrate, and a circuit-side interconnection layer provided on the control circuit and connected to the control circuit. The circuit chip is stuck to the array chip with the circuit-side interconnection layer facing to the memory-side interconnection layer. The bonding metal is provided between the memory-side interconnection layer and the circuit-side interconnection layer. The bonding metal is bonded to the memory-side interconnection layer and the circuit-side interconnection layer.

  • Publication number: 20120136228
Abstract: The sensor mounting time period informing apparatus is provided with the detecting part, the timer part, the discriminating part, and the informing part. The detecting part detects whether or not the sensor is mounted on the living body for measuring biological information. The timer part counts the elapsed time period during which the sensor is continuously mounted on the living body based on the detection results of the detecting part. The discriminating part discriminates whether or not the elapsed time has reached the specified standard time. The informing part issues a notification when the elapsed time has reached the standard time based on the discrimination result of the discriminating part.

  • Patent number: 5278627
Abstract: An apparatus for calibrating a pulse oximeter which can improve the repetitivity of measured values for calibration tests and which can calibrate the pulse oximeter with a high reliability. A tissue model having a light-absorbing characteristic approximated to that of the tissue of a living body is inserted into a space between a light-emitting section and a light-receiving section of a measuring probe that is connected to the pulse oximeter, and a blood model having a light-absorbing characteristic that is approximated to that of the blood is moved within the tissue model so as to enter into or exit from the space between the light-emitting section and the light-receiving section.

  • Patent number: 5072736
Abstract: A non-invasive automatic blood pressure measuring apparatus consisting of a blood flow meter non-invasively detecting the blood flow of the arteries on the proximal or distal side of the cuff, a blood flow standing up point detecting means detecting the standing up point of the blood flow signal output from the blood flow meter in the decompression process of the internal pressure in the cuff and a blood flow returning point detecting means detecting the returning point of the blood flow signal to the steady state in the further successive decompression process, and detecting the internal pressure in the cuff of the standing up point as the maximal value of the blood pressure and the internal pressure in the cuff of the returning point as the minimal value of the blood pressure.
