  • Publication number: 20040187610
Abstract: A sample solution measuring device for detecting dissolved substances in a sample solution by measuring a potential difference between the sample solution and a reference solution, the sample solution measuring device, including: a sample solution container; a reference solution container; a substrate thin film is located between the sample solution container and the reference solution container and having a hole in which a bilayer lipid membrane is formed, where the sample solution and the reference solution come into contact with each other; a mechanism which forms the bilayer lipid membrane by ejecting a lipid solution; and, a mechanism which ejects a cleaning fluid to the substrate thin film.

  • Patent number: 6281510
Abstract: A method of transferring a sample to and from a treating chamber kept in a vacuum atmosphere through a pressure regulatively preparatory chamber. The sample is contained in the sample transfer container, which is kept air-permeable by a dust filtering filter, in a cleaned atmosphere before the sample is transferred to the treating chamber. The sample transfer container is transferred into the preparatory chamber, and the inside of the preparatory chamber is evacuated to a vacuum atmosphere. The sample is then extracted from the sample transfer container in the vacuum atmosphere and is transferred into the treating chamber. Also disclosed is an apparatus for supporting the sample transferring method.

Abstract: A method of transferring a sample to and from a treating chamber kept in a vacuum atmosphere through a pressure regulative preparatory chamber. • Patent number: 5300939
Abstract: The present invention relates to an apparatus for measuring antenna radiation efficiency, wherein a random field measurement method can be adopted. In this apparatus, a to-be-measured antenna and a standard antenna are situated in a frame. In the frame, a plurality of rods, which are horizontally movable and extend vertically, are supported. A plurality of radio wave scatterers whose intervals and curvatures can be determined at random are held to the rods. In the frame, a random field is created by the radio wave scatterers.

  • Patent number: 5120192
Abstract: A blade includes a blade body having a cavity, an insert inserted in the cavity, a plurality of impingement holes formed in a circumferential wall of the insert, and a recovery path for recovering a cooling medium sprayed from the impingement holes. The cooling medium can be recovered without being discharged into a main gas. A gas turbine having this blade is used for a combined cycle power plant. In this plant, steam is supplied as a cooling medium to the blade, and the steam recovered from the blade is supplied to a steam turbine.

  • Patent number: 4987851
Abstract: An organic film forming apparatus includes a trough storing water therein and a work drive device for moving a work with respect to the trough. The surface of the water is partitioned by a rod into a first developing region on which a monomolecular film is developed and a second developing region on which no monomolecular film is developed. The work is moved by the device through the developed monomolecular film so as to adhere the film on the surface of the work. The device has a holding mechanism which has a holding portion engaged with the work, and which holds the work so that when the work passes through the developed monomolecular film, the holding portion is away from the film or passes through the film after almost the entire work passes through the film.
