Patent number: 10526822Abstract: A lid locking device of the present invention is provided with a power transmission mechanism which includes a worm gear, a worm wheel, a pressurizing protrusion portion, a pressurized face and an interference avoiding space between a motor and a locking member. The power transmitting mechanism transmits backward-driving power which allows the locking member to move backward to an unlocked position from the motor to the locking member but does not transmit the power from the locking member to the motor and cuts off the power. That is, the backward driving power received by the locking member from an engagement protrusion piece of a lid on closing the lid is cut off by the power transmitting mechanism and not transmitted to the motor.Type: GrantFiled: October 28, 2014Date of Patent: January 7, 2020Assignees: AISIN SEIKI KABUSHIKI KAISHA, TOYOTA JIDOSHA KABUSHIKI KAISHAInventors: Toshihiro Kitamura, Takumi Niwa, Tatsuya Shimizu, Masayuki Nomura, Yoshichika Ito

Patent number: 10196841Abstract: In a lid locking device of the present invention, a first rod constituting portion at the front end of a rod is eccentrically located on a side of the rod which is a side spaced away from the lid at a forward extending region of the second rod constituting portion linearly movably supported at the tip cylindrical portion. Therefore, even where an engagement protrusion piece presses a side close to the lid of a tip swelling face of the first rod constituting portion, the device of the present invention is able to receive an axial force F derived from pressing force at a position closer to the central axis of the second rod constituting portion and also decrease in resistance on operation of closing the lid compared to a conventionally structured device.Type: GrantFiled: October 28, 2014Date of Patent: February 5, 2019Assignees: AISIN SEIKI KABUSHIKI KAISHA, TOYOTA JIDOSHA KABUSHIKI KAISHAInventors: Toshihiro Kitamura, Takumi Niwa, Tatsuya Shimizu, Masayuki Nomura, Yoshichika Ito

Patent number: 9896873Abstract: A tension applying apparatus includes a tension applying member applying a tensile force to a drive cable by being pressed against the drive cable, a biasing member generating a biasing force for pressing the tension applying member against the drive cable, a holding member including a guide portion which restricts a moving direction of the tension applying member and a housing member housing the tension applying member and the holding member. The holding member is configured to change the moving direction of the tension applying member which is guided by the guide portion in a state where the holding member including a rotation shaft is housed within the housing member. The housing member includes a holding structure holding the holding member at a position to which the holding member rotates in a direction where a pressing angle of the tension applying member relative to the drive cable becomes shallow.Type: GrantFiled: May 26, 2015Date of Patent: February 20, 2018Assignee: AISIN SEIKI KABUSHIKI KAISHAInventors: Masayuki Uchitsunemi, Kazuhiro Nakashizu, Yoshichika Ito, Tetsuya Ikeda

Patent number: 7895748Abstract: Disclosed is a method of molding a resin coated bearing. When a molten resin is injected toward a substantially central portion of a disk space of forming dies from a sprue formed on an upper die, the molten resin is filled into a cavity through a film gate after the molten resin is led to the disk space from a pin gate, so that any weld is absent on a resin member, which covers an outer race, thus enabling uniformizing a coating member in resin strength and suppressing generation of crack on the coating member even at the time of high loading. Also, since the film gate formed on a whole peripheral edge of the disk space is formed from a lower die and an upper die, there is an advantage that after working suffices to take out a resin coated bearing from the both dies and to cut a runner in the disk space.Type: GrantFiled: October 13, 2006Date of Patent: March 1, 2011Assignees: Daido Metal Company Ltd., Sunhill Inc.Inventors: Takumi Nomura, Hiroshi Naito, Yoshichika Ito, Hiroshi Ishihara, Shuichi Matsumoto, Terumitsu Tanio

Publication number: 20060010773Abstract: A bearing type of guide roller capable of being reliably prevented from falling off a rail is provided. A guide roller is constituted from a support shaft fixed to a support member by caulking, a ring-shaped outer ring made of bearing steel disposed to surround an outer periphery of the support shaft via a plurality of bearings, a covering member made of synthetic resin covering an outer peripheral surface of the outer ring. The ring-shaped outer ring has a flange part integrally formed on an upper end of the outer peripheral surface thereof, and an upper end of the support shaft projects from an upper end surface of the ring-shaped outer ring. Therefore, even if the covering member is broken, the flange part interferes with the rail, so that falling off of the guide roller from the rail can be more reliably prevented.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 11, 2005Publication date: January 19, 2006Applicants: Daido Metal Company Ltd., Aisin Seiki Kabushiki KaishaInventors: Takumi Nomura, Teruo Abe, Hiroshi Naito, Yoshichika Ito
