  • Publication number: 20230304891
Abstract: The wavefront measuring apparatus includes: a first lens array to split a radially propagating light beam after being emitted from an optical system to be tested and once forming an image, and then to condense each of the split light beams; a detection unit, disposed at a position where condensing spots of the plurality of split light beams radially propagating from the first lens array are formed, to detect the condensing spots; and a control unit to calculate, when the first lens array is at a position of conjugation with the optical system to be tested, in other words, the position where the images of the optical system to be tested are transferred, a transmitted wavefront of the optical system to be tested from barycenter positions of the condensing spots.

  • Patent number: 10527518
Abstract: A light source system (26) illuminating an optical system to be inspected (3) and making light fluxes of a plurality of wavefront measurement visual fields be emitted from the optical system to be inspected; a single wavefront sensor (28) calculating wavefront aberration on a basis of measurement of the light fluxes of the plurality of wavefront measurement visual fields emitted from the optical system to be inspected (3); and an optical path optical system (31) are included. The optical path optical system selectively makes the light fluxes of the plurality of wavefront measurement visual fields emitted from the optical system to be inspected (3) be incident on the wavefront sensor (28).

  • Publication number: 20160291137
Abstract: Disclosed is a laser radar device including optical branching couplers each of that branches a laser light oscillated, optical modulators each of that modulates a laser light after being branched, an optical combining coupler that combines laser lights modulated by the optical modulators, an optical combining coupler that combines other laser lights after being branched, an optical system that emits a composite light from the optical combining coupler, and receives lights scattered by a target, an optical combining coupler that combines the scattered lights and a composite light from the optical combining coupler, an optical detector that detects beat signals from a composite light from the optical combining coupler, a signal processing unit that extracts information about the target from the beat signals, and a diffraction grating that emits a light incident thereupon toward a specific direction according to the angle and the frequency of the incident light.
