    Abstract: A cleaner for rotary bodies such as a blanket cylinder, impression cylinder, ink supply roller and the like includes a cleaning cloth stretched between two supporting points. The cleaning cloth is pressed against the peripheral surface of the rotary body, and a supply means supplies cleaning material to the back of the cleaning cloth. The cleaning cloth is advanced in a direction opposite to the rotation of the peripheral surface of the rotary body to be washed.
