    Abstract: Disclosed is a metal-rubber laminate material comprising a metal plate, a rubber layer formed on the surface of the metal plate, and a solid lubricant layer formed on the rubber layer, the solid lubricant layer comprising an isocyanate group-containing urethane prepolymer, a synthetic wax having a softening point of 40 to 150° C., a fatty acid amide having a softening point of 60 to 170° C., graphite, and optionally a fluororesin. The metal-rubber laminate material, in which the metal plate and the rubber layer are bonded through a primer layer and an adhesive layer in this order, exhibits excellent effects, such as fretting resistance, when used as a metal gasket in an internal combustion engine for an automobile engine, etc.
