    Abstract: The present invention provides a polypropylene-based resin composition which is light weighing, has a very high values of stiffness and heat resistance, exhibits superior scratchproof property and is superior in the processibility with better flowability upon molding thereof, especially that can favorably be used for injection molding. The polypropylene-based resin composition according to the present invention is constituted predominantly of polypropylene and has the following characteristic features A and B: A: a melt flow rate (MFR), determined at 230° C. under a load of 2.16 kg, in the range of 5-50 g/10 min. and B: a content of a high molecular weight polypropylene having an intrinsic viscosity [&eegr;] of 9-13 dl/g in the range of 15-30% by weight.

C.),(c) has a melt-flow index value of 30 to 100 g/10 min., and,(d) has a value of flexural modulus of not less than 18,000 kg/cm.sup.2,(B) 10 to 20% by weight of an amorphous ethylene-propylene copolymer having(a) an ethylene content of 70 to 90% by weight,(b) a Mooney viscosity value (ML.sub.1+4 at 100.degree. This composition can provide molded articles of very low warpage and is useful for the production of molded articles, particularly core materials of instrument panels for automobiles requiring high rigidity, high heat resistance and deformation resistance.
