  • Patent number: 11286371
Abstract: Provided is a thermoplastic resin composition excellent in heat resistance, transparency, appearance after shaping, and weather resistance, and in which coloring is suppressed during shaping processing. The thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention includes a copolymer (P1), and an antioxidant (O) represented by General Formula (1), in which the thermoplastic resin composition contains 80% by mass or more of the copolymer (P1) with respect to a total mass of the thermoplastic resin composition, and the copolymer (P1) includes 80 mol % or more of a repeating unit (A) derived from methyl (meth)acrylate (a), 2 mol % or more and 7 mol % or less of a repeating unit (B) derived from (meth)acrylic acid (b), and 0.001 mol % or more and 0.15 mol % or less of a repeating unit (C) having a glutaric anhydride structure.

  • Publication number: 20110077355
Abstract: A method of producing an enlarged rubber that includes mixing 0.1 to 10 parts by mass of a condensed acid salt (B) and 0.1 to 10 parts by mass of the solid fraction of an acid group-containing copolymer latex (C) with 100 parts by mass of the solid fraction of a rubber-like polymer latex (A). A graft copolymer obtained by polymerization in the presence of an enlarged rubber obtained by the above production method, a thermoplastic resin composition containing the graft copolymer, and a molded item obtained by molding the thermoplastic resin composition. The acid group-containing copolymer latex (C) is a latex of an acid group-containing copolymer obtained by polymerizing, within water, a monomer mixture containing 5 to 30% by mass of an acid group-containing monomer and 95 to 70% by mass of an unsaturated carboxylate ester-based monomer.

  • Patent number: 6599978
Abstract: A copolymer comprising a maleimide-based monomer unit and/or an unsaturated dicarboxylic acid anhydride-based monomer unit, where the copolymer contains an unreacted maleimide-based monomer and/or an unsaturated dicarboxylic acid anhydride-based monomer in an amount of 200 ppm or less and an adduct of a compound other than the polymerized units of the copolymer and the maleimide-based monomer and/or unsaturated dicarboxylic acid anhydride-based monomer in an amount of 0.1 to 3,000 ppm.
