  • Patent number: 7168926
Abstract: An axial flow pump comprising a inner wall disposed in contact with the inside of a stator having winding, a rotor disposed inside the inner wall and adapted to be rotated upon energization of the winding, an axial flow blade formed on an outer periphery of the rotor spirally in a rotational axis direction of the rotor, and a flow path formed between the rotor and the inner wall and defined spirally in the rotational axis direction of the rotor by the axial flow blade. The inner wall is formed of non-magnetic metal and heat generated from the winding upon energization of the winding is transmitted through the inner wall to fluid flowing through the flow path, thereby enhancing the utilization rate of heat generated in the axial flow pump.

  • Publication number: 20060099068
Abstract: Disclosed is an axial flow pump including a combined impeller integrally formed of an axial impeller and a centrifugal impeller, the axial impeller being composed of a first cylinder on which a first groove is formed, the centrifugal impeller being composed of a second cylinder on which a second groove is formed. The second groove is smoothly connected with the first groove and a distance between a bottom surface of the second groove and a centerline of the second cylinder gradually increases to prevent turbulent flow of liquid which may occur at the connection point between first and second grooves thereby achieving a high pump performance and a decreased external size of the pump.

  • Publication number: 20040221879
Abstract: A first suction port communicates with one open side of a stator, and an outlet communicates with the other open side of the stator. A rotor fixed to forward and reverse rotatable rotation shaft is contained inside the stator. The rotor has a spiral flow channel on its outer peripheral surface to suck fluid from the first suction port and discharge the fluid to the outlet along with forward rotation. A pump chamber surrounding the rotation shaft and communicating with a second suction port and a discharge port, is provided on one open side of the stator. An impeller to suck the fluid from the second suction port and discharge the fluid to the discharge port along with the forward rotation is fixed in the rotation shaft inside the pump chamber. The impeller comprises a first pressing surface to press the fluid in the pump chamber in the same direction as the thrust load acting on the rotation shaft along with the forward rotation of the rotor.

  • Patent number: 6790017
Abstract: The present invention is an integrated pump having structure where a plurality of cell pumps having an inlet and an outlet to discharge fluid drawn from a consolidated inlet to the consolidated outlet is connected in series or parallel. A plurality of cell pump may be connected in parallel to constitute an integrated pumps. The integrated pump of the present invention can obtain a desired output connecting in series and parallel a number of cell pumps. For a high output integrated pump where many cell pumps are connected to provide high capacity and high head, by unitizing the individual cell pumps during transportation or installation, the transportation and installation work for the integrated pump can be easily done.

  • Patent number: 6554584
Abstract: An inline type pump in which a rotor having an axial flow vane is arranged inside the cylindrical stator. The fluid is discharged from the discharging port after a rotating kinetic energy of the fluid transferred by the axial flow vane toward the discharging port is changed into a static pressure energy at the pressure chamber. With such an arrangement as above, it is possible to increase a fluid supplying efficiency after satisfying a small-sized structure and further it is possible to increase an output of the pump as well as its efficiency.

  • Publication number: 20030049143
Abstract: The present invention is an integrated pump having structure that a plurality of cell pumps having an inlet and an outlet to send out fluid absorbed from the inlet to the outlet is connected in serial or parallel. A plurality of the above structured integrated pump may be connected in parallel. Thus, the integrated pump of the present invention can be obtained desired output according to the number of the connected cell pumps. Further, even if it becomes high output integrated pump by connecting many cell pumps for high capacity and high head, by unitizing individual cell pumps during the transportation or the installation, the transportation and the installation work for the integrated pump can be easily done.

  • Patent number: 6461204
Abstract: A swimming assistance apparatus according to the present invention includes a base combined with a human body and a motor-driven pump provided in a base. The motor-driven pump has a water inlet and a water outlet to operate by a battery so as to generate water flow from the water inlet to the water outlet. Several kinds of structure can be used for the base. For example, a buoyant hull having a pair of grips at front sides and a controller adjacent to the grips, a base having a handle, the buoyancy of which is set little higher more than 0 and a belt detachably attached to a human body can be used for the base. The swimming assistance apparatus according to the present invention uses the motor-driven pump as driving source, so that the apparatus can be made smaller and lighter, and the apparatus can improve safety.

  • Patent number: 6386224
Abstract: There are provided water supplying pumps and check valves in the connecting pipe passage connecting a plurality of water supplying tanks arranged for each of the floors, and the connecting pipe passage connecting the water supplying tank at the lowermost floor with a water pipe. The water supplying tanks are provided with dampers having air chambers. Hydraulic pressure in each of the water supplying tanks is detected, operation of the water supplying pump is controlled in response to the hydraulic pressure, thereby the hydraulic pressures in all the water supplying tanks are made equal and the variation in hydraulic pressure of the water supplying tanks is absorbed by the dampers. With such an arrangement as above, even if the variation in hydraulic pressure is severe, the water supplying pump does not show any gradual repeating of stopping of driving and so control of the hydraulic pressure can be carried out accurately and easily.
