Abstract: An order number fixed at the time of purchasing a television set and supplementary information indicating a position to be set with the television set TV installed are sent to a server apparatus SV. The server apparatus SV generates regional information including channel information based on the information and send to the television set TV installed in the installation place. The television set TV receiving them automatically executes initial setting such as channel setting using the received regional information and proceeds to the state enabling to start watching.

Abstract: A method of molding a headrest of automotive seat comprises the following steps. First, a bag shaped flexible outer skin member is prepared, has an elongate slit formed therethrough. A part of a stay member is inserted into the outer skin member through the slit and set relative to the outer skin member. A given biasing force is applied to longitudinal ends of the slit so that the slit is stretched in longitudinally opposed directions and thus caused to take a closed position. Then, an injection nozzle of a foamable material feeder is put into the slit by expanding the slit against the biasing force. A foamable material is poured into the outer skin member, and the material feeding is stopped when a given amount of material is fed to the outer skin member. The application of the biasing force to the slit is continued until the material is sufficiently cured.

Abstract: A cushion structure of seat has a major holding part constructed of foamed polyurethane. A wadding is applied to a front surface of the major holding part. The wadding is constructed of down and feather which are bound with a binder. The major holding part and the wadding which are thus united are put in a bag-shaped outer skin.

Abstract: A method of producing a feather containing resilient body to be used for a padding or a trim cover of a vehicular seat. The method is as follows: First, a predetermined amount of feathers is coated with water and prepolymer of polyurethane resin. The coated feathers are put into a mold to form a mass of feathers. In the mold, the feather mass is adjusted in thickness and heated so that the polyurethane resin prepolymer is hardened.
