Abstract: A customer data processing system for quick sales of desired goods, for example, a car, based on a questionnaire obtained from a customer. A salesman estimates desired goods based on the questionnaire, and a serviceman estimates service of the goods. The questionnaire, the estimation and decision of the goods are displayed on a screen and performed through the display. The system includes: a sales terminal having an input unit for inputting customer data, such as a name, an address, desired goods, etc., which are obtained from answers from a customer, in accordance with messages displayed on a screen; and an office terminal connected to the sales terminal through a transmission line and having a data registering unit and a customer data storage unit to sort the answers for each customer and to register the sorted answers into the data registering unit.

Abstract: A display system includes a plurality of display areas on which images are displayed, and a processing unit for controlling display formation of images on the plurality of display areas so that the images are displayed with predetermined orientations different from each other. Another type of display system includes a display panel on which an image is displayed, and a processing unit for controlling display formation of an image on the display panel so that the image is displayed rotated by an angle.

Abstract: Foreign remittance transaction terminal apparatus for sending money to foreign countries, which includes lobby terminal equipment operated by a user, and counter terminal equipment operated by a teller and connected to a host computer. The lobby terminal equipment has a unit for the user inputting at least a beneficiary, a remittance currency, and an amount of remittance as items required for application for the foreign remittance, a unit for displaying an operation guidance screen for guidance for the user about items to be input for application for the foreign remittance, and a unit for outputting the items input through the input unit onto an output medium and for issuing it to the user. The counter terminal equipment has a unit for inputting the contents of the output medium received from the user, and a unit for transmitting the remittance data based on the input contents to the host computer.
