  • Patent number: 11939217
Abstract: According to one embodiment, a magnesium-recycling hydrogen generation system includes: a by-product acquisition unit that separates a by-product from a post-reaction solution, which is a solution after reacting with a hydrogen generation material containing a hydrogen-containing magnesium compound that generates hydrogen via a reaction with the solution, to acquire the by-product including more than one type of oxygen-containing magnesium compound that contains oxygen produced by the reaction, a raw material production unit that reacts the by-product with a halogen-containing substance containing halogen and other atoms than the halogen to produce a raw material containing magnesium halide, a hydrogen generation material production unit that reduces the raw material with plasma containing hydrogen to produce the hydrogen generation material, and a hydrogen generator that reacts the hydrogen generation material with the solution to generate hydrogen.

  • Patent number: 6807283
Abstract: A core having a coil wound thereon is fixed to a base at the bottom. The base is fixed to a case made of synthetic resin by insert molding. A diaphragm is fixed to the case in circumference, and also a magnetic flux guide member is fixed to the case in circumference. Since the diaphragm and the magnetic flux guide member is commonly fixed to the case, no variation in the distance between the diaphragm and the magnetic flux guide member would occur for every product. Further, a gap L is formed between the magnet and the magnetic flux guide member, and an air hole is formed in the magnetic flux guide member. This improves the passage of air and reduces air dumper effect without modifying the magnet in shape.

  • Patent number: 6704430
Abstract: An electroacoustic transducer adapted to be mounted on a printed circuit board in which a coil spring is accommodated and supported in a cylindrical recess of a frame while it is fixed to neither a terminal plate nor the frame. Particularly, a protruding pin of the coil spring is passed through a though hole of the terminal plate to allow a leading portion of the protruding pin to be hooked thereon. When the electroacoustic transducer is mounted on the printed circuit board, any horizontal displacement between the compressed spring and the printed circuit board would not cause stress concentration on the coil spring since the coil spring is onlly horizontally shifted in the cylindrical recess until a coil portion of the coil spring hits against the wall of the cylindrical recess.

  • Patent number: 6678388
Abstract: An electroacoustic transducer (1) includes a base (24) and magnetic core (22) a diaphragm (20) supported with a gap between the diaphragm and a forward end of the magnetic core, a magnet (25) constituting a magnetic circuit together with the base (24), the magnetic core (22) and the diaphragm (20) a coil (23) disposed around the magnetic core a coil bobbin (30) for holding the coil (23), a housing (10) for receiving the above-mentioned members, a filler (19) applied to an external surface side of the base (24), and lead terminals (41 and 42) for supplying an electric current. The lead terminals (41 and 42) have protrusion portions (41a and 42a, protruding into an internal surface side of the base (24) in the axial direction of the coil. A coil wire (23a) is wound around the protrusion portions (41a and 42a) so as to be connected to the lead terminals (41 and 42).

  • Patent number: 6654478
Abstract: A pole piece 31 is placed on a lower case 21. A pole piece 31 has a core 32 and a base 33. The bobbin portion 24 extends from the lower case 21 toward the internal space of a case 1 so as to surround the outer periphery of the core 32. The bobbin portion 24 is divided into a plurality of portions along the circumferential direction of the core 32. The bobbin portion 24 has basal parts 26 and elongated parts 27. The pole piece 31 is pressed from the above of the lower case 21 in a state where the bobbin portion 24 is passed through holes 35 of the base 33, to be positioned on the outer periphery of the core 32, so that the pole piece is fitted and placed into the lower case 21. A coil 41 is configured by winding a conductor wire 42 around the elongated parts 27 of the bobbin portion 24.

  • Publication number: 20030202673
Abstract: A dynamic electroacoustic transducer adapted to be surface-mounted on a printed circuit board comprises a diaphragm, a synthetic resin frame for supporting the diaphragm at the periphery thereof, a surface-mounting terminal member mounted on the frame, and a synthetic resin cover with a sound emitting hole fixed to the frame so as to cover the diaphragm. Since the frame and the cover are made of synthetic resin of lower heat conductivity, the electroacoustic transducer is allowed to be subject to reflow soldering when it is surface-mounted on a printed circuit board without a damage to the diaphragm and the magnet.
