  • Publication number: 20240107854
Abstract: The thickness of a display device including a touch sensor is reduced. Alternatively, the thickness of a display device having high display quality is reduced. Alternatively, a method for manufacturing a display device with high mass productivity is provided. Alternatively, a display device having high reliability is provided. Stacked substrates in each of which a sufficiently thin substrate and a relatively thick support substrate are stacked are used as substrates. One surface of the thin substrate of one of the stacked substrates is provided with a layer including a touch sensor, and one surface of the thin substrate of the other stacked substrate is provided with a layer including a display element. After the two stacked substrates are attached to each other so that the touch sensor and the display element face each other, the support substrate and the thin substrate of each stacked substrate are separated from each other.

  • Publication number: 20240088172
Abstract: A display device in which a peripheral circuit portion has high operation stability is provided. The display device includes a first substrate and a second substrate. A first insulating layer is provided over a first surface of the first substrate. A second insulating layer is provided over a first surface of the second substrate. The first surface of the first substrate and the first surface of the second substrate face each other. An adhesive layer is provided between the first insulating layer and the second insulating layer. A protective film in contact with the first substrate, the first insulating layer, the adhesive layer, the second insulating layer, and the second substrate is formed in the vicinity of a peripheral portion of the first substrate and the second substrate.

  • Patent number: 7744594
Abstract: A catheter for treating arrhythmia comprises a catheter shaft of a double-cylinder structure where an inner shaft is slidably inserted in an outer shaft, a balloon installed so as to straddle between the tip portion of the inner shaft and the tip portion of the outer shaft, a pair of high frequency current-carrying electrodes of which at least one electrode is provided inside the balloon, and a temperature sensor for monitoring the temperature in the balloon. The front edge portion of the balloon at least in a deflated state protrude from the tip portion of the inner shaft. Alternatively, a tube that is more flexible than the inner shaft is provided on the tip portion of the inner shaft.

  • Publication number: 20070149963
Abstract: A balloon catheter in which a high-frequency current is supplied between electrodes spaced in a balloon, the liquid in the balloon is heated, and the heat conducted through the balloon ablates the organism tissue in contact with the balloon, characterized in that the area of the surface of each electrode is 20 mm2 or more or a potential detecting electrode for detecting the potential at an abrasion portion is disposed outside the balloon and in a position at least before or behind the balloon.

  • Patent number: 7052507
Abstract: A catheter with a balloon for mitral valve formative operation includes a double tube having an inner tube and an outer tube disposed concentrically. A balloon is fastened at one end to the inner tube and at the other end to the outer tube. A balloon-extending pipe stopper is disposed at the tip of the inner tube and includes an entry diameter at one end sized to receive a balloon-extending pipe with an allowance. An inner diameter of the balloon-extending pipe stopper at an opposite end is smaller than the entry diameter. The inner diameter of the extending pipe stopper is substantially equivalent to a diameter of the balloon-extending pipe. In use, the balloon-extending pipe is inserted into the inner tube and brought into contact with the balloon-extending pipe stopper for axially extending the balloon for contraction in diameter.

  • Patent number: 5330429
Abstract: A catheter with a balloon characterized by a balloon reinforced with a composite yarn consisting of an elastic yarn and a non-elastic yarn with a larger free length of the non-elastic yarn than that of said elastic yarn. When the catheter is inserted into a blood vessel or taken out on a surgical operation, the balloon is deflated to a small diameter without producing any wrinkle and is stretched by inflation to the same size and the same shape at any time. Therefore, reliability of the balloon catheter in surgical operation is improved and the cut wound in the surgical operation is smaller. Treatment and management after the surgical operation are simple and the time required for recovery is extremely short.
