  • Publication number: 20250090228
Abstract: The related-art medical treatment instrument that allows radiation of a microwave from both electrodes has had one or more of the following various problems caused by the microwave radiation from the both electrodes. The various problems include, for example, (1) occurrence of scissoring (occurrence of sparks), (2) heat generation and radiation to a back side of a radiation surface in contact with the both electrodes, (3) inefficiency of the microwave radiation through use of a microwave splitter, (4) falling off of both antennas, (5) a weak gripping force, (6) difficulty in grabbing a thin tissue such as a membrane, and (7) a microwave radiation range being not able to be grasped easily. It has been confirmed that a configuration of a medical treatment instrument according to the present invention solves the one or more of the problems described above, and the present invention has been completed.

  • Patent number: 6548924
Abstract: A protective device (3) for a hermetic type electromotively driven compressor (1a) includes a protector assembly (30) having a housing (32) with an electric current fuse (34) which detects a predetermined over-current. The housing (32) comprises an electrically insulating skirt member (31) formed so as to block a conductive part on the side facing an external connection terminal. By forming the electrically insulating skirt member (31) of housing (32) for a hermetic type electromotively driven compressor, insulation distance between a conductive part such as the electric current fuse (34) and an external conductive part such as a metal wall part (21) is set to be 9.5 mm or more.

  • Patent number: 4876523
Abstract: A switch is shown having a thermostatic member which deforms in response to variations in temperature to thereby control the state of energization of the switch. The thermostatic member is shown cantilever mounted or centrally mounted using material to affix the member to a support which melts at a selected temperature to cause the member to separate from the support upon the occurrence of selected conditions.
