  • Publication number: 20120172196
Abstract: To provide a photocatalytic titanium oxide film having high photocatalytic properties, at low temperatures, quickly, and inexpensively, a seed layer comprising a noncrystalline metal compound film is formed on the surface of a base, which is made from glass, plastic or the like, and a crystalline metal compound film is formed by columnar growth on the seed layer; in producing this film, the photocatalytic titanium oxide film is produced by way of sputtering, at low cost, by way of low temperature and high speed film formation, without pre-processing with a plasma of an active gas, without post-processing, and without heat treatment.

  • Patent number: 5365480
Abstract: A device is provided for static random access memories (SRAM's), including an apparatus capable of executing more than one kind of logical operation for each memory cell, with a relatively small number of elements, and the same configuration for different types of operations. These operations include (1) the normal read-out/write-in operations; (2) inverting the contents of one sequence of memory cells and storing either the result or the result shifted one bit to the right in a second sequence of memory cells; (3) storing the result of an OR operation between two sequences of memory cells in a third sequence of memory cells; and (4) initializing each memory cell. The left or right node potential of each memory cell may also be individually accessed. Each operation between memory cells is simultaneous with the direct writing of the result into other memory cells, so no temporary holding cells are required and the operation is accomplished at high speed.

  • Patent number: 4746646
Abstract: A printing paper for thermal transfer printing comprising a substrate, and a dye acceptor layer formed on one surface of the substrate to accept a sublimable dye transferred from a dye carrier ribbon in contact with the dye acceptor layer upon selective heating of the dye carrier ribbon. The dye acceptor layer has a cumulative pore volume of 0.2 to 0.6 cm.sup.3 /g and contains a pigment in the form of particles whose median particle diameter of from 0.2 to 2 .mu.m. In particular, the dye acceptor layer is made of a coating of a resinous binder uniformly dispersing a pigment therein, the coating being impregnated with a resin having good affinity for the sublimable dye.

  • Patent number: 4439485
Abstract: A discharge recording material produced by successively forming a colored layer comprising mainly carbonblack and a binder, a deposited metal layer and optionally a protective layer on a support is provided. In particular, the discharge recording material wherein said carbonblack being carbonblack aggregates obtained by pretreating carbonblack particles with a plasticizer is provided.

  • Patent number: 4373679
Abstract: A crusher of the type having a vertical rotary shaft which has a horizontal rotor secured thereto at its upper end and is rotatively mounted within the rotor frame, and mounted on the rotor is a hollow rotary cylinder with an open top end and a closed bottom, the cylinder having its peripheral wall formed with a number of raw material ejection slots so as to eject therethrough by centrifugal force the raw material to be crushed fed into it, and the rotor is further provided with a number of striking members outside the hollow rotary cylinder, preferably respectively pivoted to the rotor, for the purpose of striking the raw material ejected out of the raw material ejection slots of the hollow rotary cylinder, during the course of the flight thereof through the space around the rotary cylinder, whereby the raw material is crushed by the striking members.
