  • Patent number: 6410648
Abstract: A tacky film is provided which is self-tacky, has a satisfactory tack strength when adhered to itself, can have any desired tack strength, and has satisfactory blocking resistance. In particular, a tacky film suitable for use as a tacky layer of a pallet stretch film is provided. A tacky film comprising a linear low-density polyethylene having an MFR of from 0.1 to 10 g/10 min and a density of from 0.884 to 0.910 g/cm3; or a tacky film comprising a polyethylene resin composition which is a resin composition obtained by blending ingredient A [a linear low-density polyethylene having an MFR of from 0.1 to 10 g/10 min and a density of from 0.890 to 0.940 g/cm3] with ingredient B [a linear low-density polyethylene having an MFR of from 0.1 to 50 g/10 min and giving, in differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), a melting peak whose extrapolated melting termination temperature is 98° C. or lower] and which has an ingredient B content of 80% by weight or lower and a density of from 0.884 to 0.

  • Publication number: 20020070399
Abstract: A thin film capacitor with an arbitrary temperature coefficient of capacitance can be obtained by using only tow kinds of dielectric thin film capacitor, wherein the dielectric thin film having a prescribed temperature coefficient of capacitance is formed on the surface of a lower electrode formed on a substrate, a second dielectric film having a different temperature coefficient of capacitance from the temperature coefficient of capacitance of the prescribed temperature coefficient of capacitance is formed so as to cover from the upper edge of the dielectric thin film to the step portion of the dielectric thin film, and an upper electrode is formed so as to cover the dielectric thin film and second dielectric film, and wherein the temperature coefficient of capacitance is determined by adjusting the overlap area of the lower electrode and upper electrode between the lower electrode and upper electrode.

  • Patent number: 6059684
Abstract: A novel drive train includes a motor, a differential gear unit, and a counter gear mechanism for transmitting the power of the motor to the differential gear unit. A universal joint for joining the differential gear unit to an axle shaft of a vehicle is arranged outward of one axial end of the motor to eliminate interference with the motor, and the differential gear unit is arranged adjacent the opposite axial end of the motor, radially overlapping the motor to the maximum, to thereby shorten the axial distance between the motor and the differential gear unit.

  • Patent number: 5821653
Abstract: A drive apparatus for an electric vehicle comprises a motor (1), a gear section (9) for transmitting rotation of a rotor shaft (2) of the motor to a wheel, and a case (10, 90) for accommodating the motor and the gear section. The case has a partition (12) that separates a motor chamber (m) for accommodating the motor and a gear chamber (g) for accommodating the gear section, and the partition has an orifice (53) that connects a lower portion of the motor chamber and the gear chamber. Supplying means (5) is provided for supplying oil from the gear chamber into the motor chamber in accordance with rotation of the gear section. Through the operation of the orifice, oil gathers in a lower portion of the motor chamber and, thus, the motor chamber serves as a reservoir.

  • Patent number: 5643127
Abstract: A motor vehicle power transmission system whose rotating elements are all stopped upon stopping of the vehicle, and which comprises a lubricating device including an oil sump for storing a lubricating oil and a mechanically operated oil pump which is driven by one of the rotating elements to deliver the pressurized lubricating oil to predetermined lubricating points such as bevel gears of a differential gear device. The lubricating device has a substantially fluid-tight enclosure in which the lubricating points are disposed and which stores, in a substantially fluid-tight manner, a mass of the lubricating oil delivered from the oil pump.

  • Patent number: 5533943
Abstract: A planetary gear device including a first gear, a second gear, a carrier, and composite planetary gears each having a large- and a small-diameter pinion that are formed integrally with each other and arranged in the axial direction. The composite planetary gears are mounted rotatably on respective pinion shafts such that the composite planetary gears are axially movable over predetermined distances due to axial plays, and the pinion shafts are supported by the carrier such that the pinion shafts are disposed around an axis of the carrier. The pinions of the composite planetary gears mesh with the first and second gears, respectively. Each of the first and second gears and the pinions consists of a helical gear whose teeth have a helix angle with respect to the axis. The large-diameter and small-diameter pinions have the same direction of helix and the same amount of lead.
