  • Publication number: 20030095016
Abstract: A multilayer LC composite component includes a coil unit including a stack of coil conductors, two adjacent coil conductors being separated by an insulating layer (dielectric layer) and being electrically connected to each other and a capacitor unit including a ground-side capacitor electrode and a signal-side capacitor electrode which oppose each other with an insulating layer disposed therebetween, the ground-side capacitor electrode having an electrode-free area at a central region thereof and the signal-side capacitor electrode being electrically connected to the coil unit via the electrode-free area. The ground-side capacitor electrode extends to at least two opposing sides of the insulating layer (dielectric layer) and has a cut portion (cross-shaped cut portion) which extends continuously from the electrode-free area.

  • Patent number: 6476690
Abstract: A laminated LC component has no directivity in terms of mounting and characteristics. A first set of coil conductors are electrically connected in series so as to define a first helical coil. A second set of coil conductors are also electrically connected in series so as to define a second helical coil. Capacitor electrodes are disposed such that they face each other with an insulating sheet disposed between the capacitor electrodes thereby forming a capacitor. The capacitor electrode at the ground side has a substantially cross shape and four ends of the substantially cross-shaped capacitor electrode are exposed at four respective sides of the insulating sheet. The insulating sheets are stacked on one another and fired so as to define a single unitary laminated block.

  • Patent number: 5985414
Abstract: A laminated inductor includes a laminate formed by stacking insulating sheets on which coil conductors are formed, and outermost insulating sheets. The coil conductors are connected in series by via-holes to form a coil. The direction in which the insulating sheets are stacked is perpendicular to input/output external electrodes, and is parallel to a mounting surface. The thickness of the outermost insulating layer is set larger than the radius of a rounded corner of the laminate and the length of a folded portion of the external electrode.

  • Patent number: 5447676
Abstract: The unsaturated polyester resin molding composition of the invention comprising an unsaturated polyester, a vinyl monomer, a stabilizer, a thermoplastic resin, an organic peroxide, a fluidity modifier, a thickening agent, a filler and a fibrous reinforcement material possesses curability at low temperatures of about 50.degree. to 120.degree. C., good fluidity and filling property on the occasion of molding at low pressures of about 0.1 to 20 kgf/cm.sup.2, and good storage stability at room temperature.

  • Patent number: 5071603
Abstract: A method of controlling a hydraulic press wherein changing over from velocity control to pressure control can be effected at an optimum point of time in accordance with a condition of material being filled. When a movable mold half of a metal mold is moved by a hydraulic cylinder to compression mold a work within a cavity defined in the metal mold, the velocity of movement of the mold half by the hydraulic cylinder is controlled until pressurization of the work is started, but after starting of the pressurization, the pressurizing force of the hydraulic cylinder is controlled. During the velocity control, a parameter which varies as the compression proceeds is successively detected during the velocity control, and changing over from the velocity control to the pressure control is effected at a point of time when the detected parameter coincides with a preset value--that is, when the work is fully filled in the cavity.
