Patent number: 10161820Abstract: A capacitance-detection pressure switch and pressure sensor that, in the connection between a diaphragm used as one electrode and a signal line for detecting a signal from the diaphragm, can ensure stable conduction without exerting an influence on operating characteristics of the diaphragm. A capacitance-detection type pressure switch of the present invention includes a metallic diaphragm that is displaced in response to a change in pressure of an operating medium supplied from a conduit, a movable electrode connected electrically to the diaphragm, a fixed electrode provided at an atmospheric pressure side of the diaphragm opposing the conduit, and an insulating film ensuring insulation between the fixed electrode and the diaphragm, wherein an electrode contact portion for connection to the movable electrode is formed as at least one projection extending toward an exterior on a part of the outer periphery of the diaphragm.Type: GrantFiled: September 2, 2016Date of Patent: December 25, 2018Assignee: SAGINOMIYA SEISAKUSHO, INC.Inventors: Yoshihiro Hamabe, Kenichi Matsuyama, Gen Katsuki

Patent number: 10118244Abstract: In a refrigerant circuit component or valve device, the present invention projection-welds a connector to a cap member and prevents intrusion of spatter into a refrigerant circuit. A-cylinder section in which an inside hole of the connector is open is inserted in an inside hole formed in the center of the cap member. The area between the A-cylinder section and a projection of the connector is used as a spatter generation space. The projection of the connector abuts against the cap member and is projection-welded to form a welded part. The open end of the inside hole of the A-cylinder section is crimped to pressure-join the open end to the open end of the inside hole of the cap member. Spatter is sealed inside the spatter generation space. A portion of the surface layer to which the generated spatter adheres may be removed by machining to provide a spatter-removed structure.Type: GrantFiled: September 6, 2013Date of Patent: November 6, 2018Assignee: Kabushiki Kaisha Saginomiya SeisakushoInventors: Yoshihiro Hamabe, Takuro Ishikawa

Patent number: 9995409Abstract: The present invention provides a fluid-related function device capable of suppressing deformation of a connection member and a case part which may adversely be generated by expansion of fluid stored in a space in which spatters at the time of resistance-welding are trapped. A pressure switch includes a space in which spatters generated at the time of projection-welding are trapped. The space is provided between a joint and a cap member. A communication passage brings inside and outside of the space into communication with each other. The communication passages is formed such that it permits fluid to pass through the communication passages and restrains spatters from passing through the communication passages.Type: GrantFiled: November 27, 2014Date of Patent: June 12, 2018Assignee: Kabushiki Kaisha Saginomiya SeisakushoInventor: Yoshihiro Hamabe

Patent number: 9941083Abstract: A pressure switch is disclosed. The pressure switch includes a housing and a pressure-receiving chamber that communicates with a duct to which an operating pressure is supplied. The pressure switch also includes a diaphragm assembly with a diaphragm that is displaced in response to a pressure inside the pressure-receiving chamber. The pressure switch also includes a movable contact that comes into contact with a fixed contact accommodated in a center portion of an inside of the housing when the pressure inside the pressure-receiving chamber is above a certain value. One of the movable contact and the fixed contact has radially diverging contact faces that are arranged such that contact between the fixed contact and the moveable contact can be established with at least two of the radially diverging contact faces at the same time.Type: GrantFiled: November 4, 2015Date of Patent: April 10, 2018Assignee: Kabushiki Kaisha Saginomiya SeisakushoInventors: Kenichi Matsuyama, Satoshi Miyakawa, Yoshihiro Hamabe

Patent number: 9905382Abstract: A swaging structure for which swaging process is easy, generation of wrinkles can be prevented, and which has high pressure-resistant performance is provided. In a swaging structure including at least a to-be-swaged member required to have airtightness to a surrounding environment and a swaging member constituted to retain the to-be-swaged member by a swaging processing, the swaging member has an annular side wall surrounding the to-be-swaged member, and a groove is formed in the annular side wall.Type: GrantFiled: November 5, 2014Date of Patent: February 27, 2018Assignee: KABUSHIKI KAISHA SAGINOMIYA SEISAKUSHOInventors: Satoshi Miyakawa, Yoshihiro Hamabe
