  • Publication number: 20140257590
Abstract: A temperature determination apparatus includes a signal detection section having an A/D input port, a thermistor that is connected to the A/D input port and outputs an analogue signal to the A/D input port, and a switch section that shifts a level of the analogue signal to a low level. The signal detection section determines that a control signal having a priority higher than that of an output detection process of the thermistor is generated when it is detected that the analogue signal to be input to the A/D input port is in the low level.

  • Publication number: 20130342215
Abstract: If a charge voltage of a read capacitor Ca measured by a microcomputer 15 is zero, the microcomputer 15 measures a charge voltage of the read capacitor Ca after the read capacitor Ca is discharged and is charged by a charge supply circuit 17 to predetermined potential, measures the same when the read capacitor Ca is isolated thereafter from a discharger of a flying capacitor C1, and measures the same when the read capacitor Ca is charged thereafter with a discharge voltage of the flying capacitor C1 just after the start of discharge of the flying capacitor C1. Based on a pattern of the charge voltage values of the read capacitor Ca measured at the respective time points, a fault location of the insulated condition detector 10 is identified.

  • Publication number: 20130082715
Abstract: An insulation state detection circuit includes a first charging circuit, a second charging circuit and a third charging circuit. A charging resistance value in the case that a capacitor is charged in the first charging circuit coincides with a charging resistance value in the case that the capacitor is charged in the second charging circuit when a resistance value of the ground fault resistor of a negative terminal side of a DC power source is a ground fault alarm threshold value for an insulation state of an alarm level. The charging resistance value of the first charging circuit coincides with a charging resistance value in the case that the capacitor is charged in the third charging circuit when a resistance value of the ground fault resistor of the positive terminal side is a ground fault alarm threshold value for an insulation state of an alarm level.

  • Patent number: 8373424
Abstract: An apparatus for detecting a fault of a flying capacitor of an insulated condition detecting unit measures (step S1), at the start of discharge of the flying capacitor, a discharge voltage of the flying capacitor according to a charge voltage of a read capacitor. After a period from the start of discharge, the apparatus measures (step S3) a discharge voltage of the flying capacitor according to a charge voltage of the read capacitor. According to a difference between the measured discharge voltages, the apparatus obtains (step S5) a discharge amount of the flying capacitor, compares the discharge amount with a reference threshold, and diagnoses (step S7) an open fault of four capacitors that constitute the flying capacitor.

  • Publication number: 20120262183
Abstract: An insulating state detection unit is configured to perform failure detection for switches, which connect a flying capacitor to a sample hold circuit for acquiring a charge voltage and a ground potential, by using a failure determination threshold value according to a variable value. • Patent number: 8248744
Abstract: The present invention is to provide a voltage detecting apparatus, which can downsize a circuit, reduce costs and detect a voltage with high accuracy, the voltage detecting apparatus to detect a voltage by using a flying capacitor. Furthermore, the voltage detecting apparatus does not halt whole functions. The first zener diode is connected to the first resistor R1, which divides a voltage stored with the capacitor as a flying capacitor into a detectable voltage at a microcomputer, in parallel. Furthermore, the voltage detecting apparatus prevents more than a zener voltage of the first zener diode from applying to the input of the microcomputer.
