  • Publication number: 20230176452
Abstract: An attachment of a smartphone for a film camera disclosed herein includes: a camera attachment (31) to be attached to a camera back lid portion; and a smartphone attachment (32) coupled to the camera attachment (31) to hold a smartphone. The camera attachment (31) includes a projection screen (312) on which an image that is photographed is projected through a camera lens. The smartphone attachment (32) includes a correction lens (322) to focus on the image projected on the projection screen and allow a smartphone camera to photograph the image by close photographing. The attachment of a smartphone for a film camera aligns the camera lens, the projection screen, and the correction lens along an optical axis (5) of image capturing of the camera and focuses on an imaging medium of the smartphone to allow the image photographed by the film camera to be digitized and stored.

  • Patent number: 8064661
Abstract: In a container of a cell culture device, a light source and a camera are arranged on both sides of an incubator, and the camera or incubator can be moved in relation to each other. An image of cells in the incubator is captured with a given focus. The medium, image density, and noise component of images captured while varying the focus of the camera have substantially similar pixel values. Consequently, by subjecting the data on the images captured with such different focuses to differential processing, only the cell portion can be extracted without being influenced by the color variation of the medium, the variation of the amount of light, the difference in brightness between the central and peripheral areas of the image, and the noise.

  • Patent number: 7754478
Abstract: A device for cell culture capable of automatically performing operations for cell culture over several days to several months while minimizing the risk of contamination. A new medicine can be supplied to an incubator means by using a medicine supply means or unnecessary wastewater can be discharged from the incubator means by using a wastewater discharge means without taking out the incubator means disposed in heat insulation box means from a heat insulation box, and the state of the cell culture can be observed with the incubator means formed in the heat insulation box means. Accordingly, the outside air does not enter directly into the incubator means during culturing, and the risk of contamination is completely eliminated. As a result, the culturing operations can be automatically performed over a long period.
