  • Patent number: 8277910
Abstract: A fluid container for packing a product includes a check valve for each container member. A bonding structure of check-valves to a fluid container and a production apparatus of fluid container are disclosed in detail where the check valve is capable of reliably keeping the expansion of the fluid container without any fluid leakage after inflating the fluid container. As the check-valve is bonded to only one of thermoplastic container films, both films of the check-valve are fixed to one of the container films at a plurality of seal portions, thereby preventing the reverse flow by tightly closing the check valve. The plurality of seal portions in a flow pass of the fluid disrupt the fluid flow so as to add resistance to the fluid flow.

  • Patent number: 7297387
Abstract: The present invention provides an air-filling cushioning material which can sufficiently inflate cells and, in addition, which can hold the crease of the fold when being formed into a three-dimensional configuration. An air-filling cushioning material 1, in which a plurality of cells 2 having an air-fillable space are formed by adhering overlapped flexible sheets 1a, 1b at predetermined spots wherein one sheet 1a is flat while the other sheet 1b is molded beforehand into a configuration of the cells 2 in inflation at the position where the cells 2 are to be formed. Therefore, there is no such problem, as in the conventional case where the cells are formed by tucking the other sheet, the cells cannot inflate well. The cells 2 formed on the other sheet 1b can inflate sufficiently into a configuration as molded.

  • Patent number: 7249612
Abstract: Provided is a mounting structure of an open/close valve in a sealed body, wherein the open/close valve 2 mounted in the sealed body comprising soft resin sheets and allowing air to be filled therein is stuck on one sheet constituting the expansion part 12 of the sealed body and is not stuck on the other sheet. Even when the expansion part 12 is filled with air, the open/close valve 2 is always fitted closely to the sheet constituting the expansion part 12, whereby the open/close valve 2 may not wrinkle and air may not leak through an air passage of the open/close valve 2.

  • Patent number: 7066331
Abstract: A cubiform cushioning medium 4 comprises a planar cushioning medium 1 with a plurality of cells 12 formed by partially bonding non-breathable flexible resin sheets and the cells 12 which air is encapsulated thereinside, and the planar cushioning medium 1 is folded and bonded partially to complete an opening A to be protected for containing. The cubiform cushioning medium 4 thus has lateral cushioning faces 31, 34 disposed at the side of the opening 42 and an bottom cushioning portion 35 disposed at the bottom of the opening 42 by bending the planar cushioning medium 1 at the bottom end of the lateral cushioning mediums 31, 34 so that the end cushioning medium 35 is folded upward to the top of the lateral cushioning mediums 31, 34.

  • Publication number: 20060070544
Abstract: A guide member is provided at a downstream side of a stack of plates in a direction in which a planographic printing plate is conveyed. The guide member abuts a leading edge of an uppermost planographic printing plate to be conveyed, and bends the planographic printing plate, and further, permits the uppermost planographic printing plate and an interleaf paper adhering thereto in such a manner as to be inclined by being pressed by the planographic printing plate.

  • Publication number: 20050190995
Abstract: The present invention provides an evacuable valve which does not need a separate member such as a covering for closing an air-through portion and has a small portion that projects therefrom. A valve body 5 in the evacuable valve can securely contact the valve body contacting portion 32a and close an air-through portion 33 where the valve body 5 covers, thereby keeping the evacuated state for a long period of time. A valve seat portion 32 of the back face of an evacuable valve can at least partly rest in the depressed area 7 of the front face of the other valve, thereby being able to pile up the evacuable valves 1. In the production process of evacuable bags that are provided with the evacuable valve, piling and storage of the evacuable valves do not need excessive space and much effort.

  • Patent number: 6935238
Abstract: A conveying device for a printing plate precursor which takes the printing plate precursor and an interleaf sheet out from a cassette, and which, along a conveying path to an exposure section, takes-off only the interleaf sheet. When a leading end of the interleaf sheet passes by an interleaf sheet peeling roller disposed on the conveying path, the interleaf sheet peeling roller rotates in a direction opposite to a direction of conveying to the exposure section, and contacts the interleaf sheet, and slack is formed in the interleaf sheet between the interleaf sheet peeling roller and a conveying roller. A slack portion is nipped between two belts and fed to a forked-off path, and the interleaf sheet is removed from the conveying path. It is possible to feed only the printing plate precursor out to the exposure section while continuing to convey the printing plate precursor.

  • Patent number: 6865987
Abstract: A device for positioning a sheet-shaped material by providing a plurality of pairs of pins on a conveying path. Printing plate precursors are classified, on the basis of widths thereof, into large-sized and small-sized. Two pairs of positioning pins are provided for each size, and are disposed so as to be offset in a direction of conveying a printing plate precursor toward a rotating drum. A width of a small-sized printing plate precursor is smaller than a pitch dimension of a pair of positioning pins for large-sized printing plate precursors. Therefore, the small-sized printing plate precursor abuts and is positioned by positioning pins for small-sized printing plate precursors which are provided further ahead. Moreover, a large-sized printing plate precursor directly abuts and is positioned by the positioning pins for large-sized printing plate precursors, so as not to be interfered with by the positioning pins for small-sized printing plate precursors.

  • Publication number: 20040114837
Abstract: An evacuable bag having a passage (4) for dearation formed in a bag body (1) having an opening (2) for inserting an article into the bag and composed of flexible non-breathable sheets (11, 12), wherein the passage comprises an opening (11a) formed in the sheet (11) and a flexible cylindrical air passage communicating with the opening (11a), the air passage serving to check air flow from outside the bag body (1) into thereinside, and a nozzle of a vacuum or the like or the like is inserted through through the opening (11a) into the air passage, whereby the air is expelled out from inside the bag body (1). Since the bag body (1) and the passage (4) are flexible, the evacuable bag as a whole can be made flexible. Furthermore, the air passage (41) does not protrude out of the bag body (1), so the air passage (41) does not become an obstacle in use or storage. Since both aremade of flexible material, the bonded portions of the two will not separate even if an external force is applied thereto.

  • Patent number: 6729237
Abstract: A device for removing an image recording material is provided, which takes up little space and is used with printing plates and interleaf sheets set alternately in a cassette. An interleaf sheet and a printing plate are taken out simultaneously. In the midst of being conveyed along a conveying path leading to an exposure section, only the interleaf sheet is sucked by a fan or drawn-in between a roller pair so as to be peeled off from the printing plate. The peeled-off interleaf sheet is discarded, and the printing plate is conveyed reliably to the exposure section.
