  • Publication number: 20160190755
Abstract: A plurality of connector (40) is configured to be maintained in a state of being aligned in an aligned direction. The connectors (40) each include a housing (41) that may be angularly displaced about an axis parallel to a fitting direction with a counterpart housing (71). A plurality of the housings (41) are aligned in a direction intersecting the fitting direction and an angular displacement direction, and each has a through portion (52) through which electrical wires (100) for aligning the housings (41) in the aligned direction penetrates. A relieving portion (90) having a shape retracting in a direction for avoiding interference with the electrical wires (100) when the housings (41) are angularly displaced is provided on an inner face of each through portion (52).

  • Publication number: 20160181775
Abstract: The present invention makes it possible to prevent the erroneous fitting of a connector (40) and to smoothly perform a fitting operation. A plurality of connectors (40) are aligned in a direction intersecting a front-rear direction. The front face of a housing (41) is oriented in the direction facing a counterpart housing (71) at fitting each connector (40). The housing (41) is provided with a through portion (52) passing through the housing (41) in the direction intersecting the front-rear direction. A plurality of electrical wires (100) extended out from each connector (40) are densely arranged in the through portion (52) so that the free movement of the electrical wires is restricted.

  • Publication number: 20160156168
Abstract: A binding structure for a band for a wire harness prevents displacement of a band fastening position. A band (10) has a belt-shaped band section (12) by which electrical wires (80) are bound. The band section (12) includes a winding portion (14) wound around an outer periphery of the electrical wires (80) bundled together in a manner that the winding portion (14) is shifted away from a binding start point in a forward direction along a lengthwise direction of the electrical wires, and a winding portion (15) intersecting with the winding portion (14) in the forward direction and wound around the outer periphery in a manner that the winding portion (15) is shifted toward the binding start point in a return direction opposite to the forward direction.

  • Publication number: 20160136768
Abstract: A machining apparatus includes: a workpiece spindle having a retainer that retains a workpiece having a noncircular peripheral surface; an adjustment unit that adjusts a retaining force between the workpiece and the retainer; a phase determination member that can determine a phase of the workpiece; and a phase determination detection unit that detects completion of the phase determination. The retaining force is a retaining force for phase determination until the phase determination is completed, and the retaining force is switched to a retaining force for machining which is larger than the retaining force for phase determination after the phase determination is completed.

  • Publication number: 20160074747
Abstract: [Problem] The problem to be resolved is to invent a new game independent from the domain of a Go game in order to dramatically extend the possibilities of the same to the world of a different dimension. [Solution] The first is an improvement of the board. With respect to the 19×19 board of a Go game, the new game adopts a 27×27 board. The second is an improvement in how a stone is put. I know that it is necessary to address the same using a method in which stones are put alternately two moves at a time, and adopted the same. Thereby, it becomes possible to configure a game that is twice larger, quantitatively speaking, using an equivalent number of moves and amount of time as in the prior art, and to be more pleasant, in a shorter amount of time. The third is an improvement in the rules. In the new game, in order to maintain fairness between the players who move first and second, the first placement, i.e., the first move of the player moving first, is set to be one stone only.

  • Patent number: 9281600
Abstract: A connector (10) includes a housing (30) with a terminal accommodating portion (31) into which a plurality of differently dimensioned terminals (20) are to be accommodated, and a retainer (60) retains the terminals (20) by being inserted through a side surface of the housing (30). The retainer (60) is moved laterally by operating an operating portion (63) and is held at a partial locking position and a full locking position by locking pieces (65) of the retainer (60) that engage locked portions (44) of the housing (30). The terminals (20) include medium terminals (20M) locked by medium locking lances (56) fit into an escaping portion (68) between the operating portion (63) and the locking pieces (65) in the retainer (60). The escaping portion (68) includes a reinforcement (69) for preventing deformation of the escaping portion (68).

  • Patent number: 9257774
Abstract: A connector (10) has a terminal accommodating portion (31) with a plurality of cavities (34) into which terminals (20) are accommodated from behind and a front holder (50) is mounted into the terminal accommodating portion (31). The front holder (50) includes locks (53) that move onto locked portions (49) on the upper surface of a narrow portion (45) of the terminal accommodating portion (31) when the front holder (50) is mounted into the terminal accommodating portion (31). The narrow portion (45) includes deformation preventing recesses (47) that fit to deformation preventing ribs (57) on the front holder (50) in a convexo-concave manner. The deformation preventing ribs (57) and the deformation preventing recesses (47) contact each other in a vertical direction when the locks (53) move onto the locked portions (49), thereby suppressing excessive deflection of the front holder (50) or the narrow portion (45).

  • Patent number: 9050701
Abstract: A rough grinding process grinds the workpiece W supported by the supporting device by the rough grinding wheel until a preset stock amount for finish grinding remains, and then the finish grinding process finish grinds the stock amount while the workpiece W is continuously supported by the supporting device. The stock amount for finish grinding is set based on at least one of a thermal displacement of the multifunction grinding machine and a changing amount of grinding force of the rough grinding wheel. A profile remaining the stock amount for finish grinding is a profile not depending on a profile of the rough grinding wheel.
