  • Patent number: 6829816
Abstract: A compact and highly reliable nonreciprocal circuit device can be manufactured at low cost. Marking is clearly performed on a surface of the nonreciprocal circuit device. In a method of manufacturing the nonreciprocal circuit device, after components constituting the device are joined together, solder is applied at portions where the components are bonded with each other. The magnetic force of a permanent magnet is adjusted and then laser marking is performed on a surface of a metal case. Next, the nonreciprocal circuit device is heated to perform together solder bonding, thermal aging of the permanent magnet, and the removal of stains left due to marking. Then, after checking the characteristics of the device, delivery inspection is conducted to complete the manufacturing process.

  • Patent number: 5771164
Abstract: A converter includes a rectifier 1 of the diode bridge connected across the alternating current power supply via an input filter F; a circuit 2 having an reactor L.sub.1, switching element Tr1, and the reverse current flow blocking diode D.sub.1 connected across output terminals of the diode bridge; a smoothing capacitor Cd charged according to an energy stored in the reactor L.sub.1 ; and a controller 3 arranged having a comparator 36 for comparing a signal of circuits 31 through 34 which detects a difference between the direct current output voltage Vd and the set (reference) voltage Vs and amplifies thereof with a triangular carrier wave 36 so as to control the transistor Tr1, the transistor Tr1 being controlled to be turned on or off according to the carrier wave frequency. When the transistor Tr1 is turned to ON, the energy is stored in the reactor L1 via the rectifier of the diode bridge 1.

  • Patent number: 5030990
Abstract: An apparatus for inputting image forming condition includes a combination of a tablet and an input pen. An IC card insertion portion is formed on the tablet. In the state that an IC card is loaded to the tablet, when a control condition, for example, a copy quantity and copy magnification and/or an editing condition, for example, editing function and positional data are inputted by operating the tablet by means of the input pen, the inputted image forming condition is stored into the IC card. Thereafter, by unloading the IC card from the tablet and loading the same into a copying machine, a copying image of an original is formed by the copying machine in accordance with the image forming condition read out from the IC card.

  • Patent number: 4942511
Abstract: A high efficiency power converter is achieved which eliminates the needs for self-commutated devices and requires only twelve thyristors for full double bridge AC/AC power conversion. The system utilizes a series resonant DC link between the AC/DC and DC/AC converters. The DC resonant circuit functions as a commutating circuit which ensures turn off of all twelve thyristors by providing the necessary zero current instants. A significantly improved sinusoidal current waveform can be obtained on both the input and the output compared to conventional high power converters by the use of high frequency pulse density modulation.
