  • Patent number: 11945177
Abstract: A first laminated body is worked to form a second laminated body, the first laminated body being formed by laminating prepregs including reinforcing fibers and resin, the second laminated body including a flat portion and a wavy portion, the flat portion being located at at least one of side edge portions of the second laminated body, the wavy portion being located at a portion adjacent to the side edge portion and extending along a longitudinal direction. An intermediate product is formed from the second laminated body by a forming die such that the flat portion becomes a bent portion that is an inside portion whose circumferential length is shorter in a curved portion, and the wavy portion becomes a bent portion that is an outside portion whose circumferential length is longer in the curved portion.

  • Patent number: 7195400
Abstract: An optical connector ferrule has an optical fiber containing hole reaching from the rear end surface near the end surface and a fine pore extending from the optical fiber accommodating hole to the end surface to be connected. A bare fiber of a polarization-maintaining optical fiber is inserted into the fine pore. Since the length of the fine pore is short, the influence of the uniformness of the adhesive in the fine pore is smaller, and therefore the stress distribution is maintained, resulting in stabilizing the polarization characteristics. A flange unit is attached to the ferrule after an optical fiber is inserted to the ferrule and fixed. Therefore the optical fiber is easily adjusted with respect to the housing in the circumferential direction around the axis, and optical fibers are connected by but joining with high accuracy.

  • Patent number: 6262524
Abstract: A color cathode ray tube, and an electron gun of the same, having a superior focus characteristic. An electron gun is provided, emitting electron beams through a Gla electrode, G2a electrode, GMAa electrode, GMBa electrode, and G3 electrode. The electrons from a quadrupole and main focus lenses. Three cathodes 12B, 12B, etc. for discharging R, G, and B electron beams are provided in parallel with each other. A cup-shaped conductive member 60 is affixed to the GMBa electrode at the downstream side of the quadrupole lens formed by the GMAa electrode and GMBa electrode. The two side electron beams are oriented toward the center electron beam by the potential difference between the cup-shaped conductive member 60 and G3 electrode.
