  • Publication number: 20090075319
Abstract: A method of detecting a reactive metabolite which comprises steps of conducting a metabolic reaction of a test compound in the presence of two labeled nucleophiles, and detecting the label of the nucleophiles bound to the reactive metabolite, and a method of detecting a reactive metabolite which further comprises separating liquid layer using ammonium acetate to obtain an organic layer after the aforementioned reaction step are disclosed. In these detection methods, a reactive metabolite can be quantitatively detected by easy preparation. Furthermore, generation of a false positive signal can be prevented, and generation of a false negative signal can be decreased. • Patent number: 5180117
Abstract: In a video tape recorder and/or reproducer, the power of a capstan motor for driving a magnetic tape is utilized as the power for driving reels in a cassette. In order to facilitate controlling the tension of the magnetic tape at the time of a change in the travelling direction of the tape in an intermittent tape travel mode, it is possible to drive a feed-side reel without turning OFF a back tension servo mechanism which applies back tension to the feed-side reel. In this state, the change in the travelling direction of the magnetic tape is performed by only controlling the direction of rotation of the capstan motor.

  • Patent number: 4809115
Abstract: A light-emitting element and light-receiving elements are embedded upright in a single printed wiring board for cooperating with one another in detecting the leader tape portion of a magnetic tape. Such a printed wiring board is fixed to a chassis by means of which a magnetic tape cassette is held in position. This arrangement enables a reduction in the number of leads and connectors, and hence greatly decreases the number of connections to the body of a magnetic recording and reproducing apparatus, thereby improving its adaptability with respect to automated assembly.

  • Patent number: 4729294
Abstract: A method of operating an air-supplied type coating booth in which conditioned air is enforced from an air supply blower downwardly to the inside of a coating booth and then discharged to the beneath of the booth floor by an exhaust blower, in which the booth operation is stopped after memorizing the balanced flow rates for the supply blower and the exhaust blowers kept just before the completion of the booth operation, and the supply blower and the exhaust blower are automatically set to the above-mentioned balanced flow rates respectively upon re-starting the booth operation again. Balanced and stable booth operation where no air streams flow into or out of the inlet and the exit can be attained rapidly at the start of the booth operation.
