  • Publication number: 20240071422
Abstract: A disk device according to one embodiment includes a magnetic disk, a magnetic head, and a flexible printed circuit board. The flexible printed circuit board is electrically connected to the magnetic head. The flexible printed circuit board includes a first layer, a second layer having conductive property, and a third layer having insulation property. The first layer includes a first surface having insulation property. The second layer overlays the first surface, and includes a first conductor and a second conductor spaced from the first conductor. The third layer covers at least a part of the first surface and at least a part of the second layer. The flexible printed circuit board is provided with a first hole that is located between the first conductor and the second conductor with spacing from the second layer and penetrates the third layer.

  • Patent number: 8474130
Abstract: Provided are a tripod constant velocity joint, and a method and a device for assembling the joint. The opening of a through-hole formed in an inner member of the tripod constant velocity joint has formed therein a tapered, reduced diameter section having a diameter tapered from the opening toward the inside. A first annular groove is formed in the side wall of a driving power transmission shaft, and a clip serving as an engaging member is engaged with the first annular groove. A second annular groove is formed in the inner wall of the through-hole in the inner member. In inserting the driving power transmission shaft through the through-hole in the inner member, the tapered, reduced diameter section guides the shaft in such a manner that the clip is contracted toward the bottom surface of the first annular groove. The clip expands and contracts due to the elasticity thereof when the positions of the first annular groove and the second annular groove coincide with each other.

  • Patent number: 7819588
Abstract: A bearing device for a drive wheel having a knuckle member surrounding a part of a cup part through a clearance. An annular first seal member is disposed between the knuckle member and an outer ring member. An opening part is formed between the peripheral edge part of the knuckle member and the large diameter end part of a joint boot. A recessed part formed in the first seal member is installed to be opened toward the joint boot.

  • Patent number: 7439300
Abstract: The present invention provides polyvinyl alcohol based (PVA) whose solubility in water varies with a small temperature change to a sufficiently great degree. In manufacturing a polyvinyl alcohol based polymer by: progressing a transesterification reaction of a polyvinyl ester based polymer with alcohol in a liquid reaction mixture including the polyvinyl ester based polymer, the alcohol, and a basic compound; precipitating the polyvinyl ester based polymer, at least a part of which has been transesterified with the alcohol, out of the liquid reaction mixture; and further progressing the transesterification reaction in the liquid reaction mixture including the polyvinyl ester based polymer that has precipitated, the liquid reaction mixture has a temperature of 75° C. to 150° C. when the polyvinyl ester based polymer, at least a part of which has been transesterified, starts precipitating.

  • Patent number: 6696609
Abstract: A process for producing diamines which comprises the steps of: (1) reacting a dialdehyde with ammonia and hydrogen in the presence of an alcohol and a hydrogenation catalyst to synthesize the corresponding diamine; (2) separating and recovering the alcohol by distilling the reaction mixture obtained by the step (1); (3) separating the diamine by purifying the distillation residue obtained by the step (2); and (4) feeding at least part of the alcohol recovered in the step (2) to step (1); said step (1) comprising maintaining the amount of ammonia at a level of at least 200 moles per mole of the primary amine that has formed in the step (1) and accumulated in the reaction vessel for step (1). The process can produce diamines commercially advantageously and in high yields, the diamines having little impurities.
