  • Patent number: 7201275
Abstract: A PTP constructed so that when the PTP is divided into a section having one or a plurality of pocket portions, a person can discriminate between the top, bottom, right and left sides of this section in the planar direction and a visually handicapped person can correctly identify the direction of medicament identifying means provided on the section. The PTP includes a flexible sheet having a pocket portion containing a tablet T, and a metal foil adhered to the flexible sheet to hermetically seal the pocket portion containing the tablet T, and the PTP is dividable into sections including a plurality of pocket portions by a dividing line. An unevenness serving as medicament identifying means is provided on a top surface of a pocket portion, and arcs are respectively formed on the dividing line on the sides so that the shapes of all the divided sections become the same.

  • Patent number: 6326010
Abstract: To provide a plastic vessel containing an albumin preparation which completely restrains formation of thermally denatured albumin, a plastic molded member in a cylindrical shape is extruded in a molten state into opened dies, one end of which is closed in the dies, and a vessel is molded by blowing a compressed gas into the molded member in the dies or by bringing inner portions of the dies into a vacuum state. While the vessel is still disposed in the dies, an albumin preparation is introduced from an opening portion into an inner portion of the vessel and, therefore, the albumin preparation can be filled into the vessel in a sterilized state without being brought into contact with the atmosphere. Then, an opening portion of the vessel filled with the albumin preparation is hermetically sealed at an internal temperature of the opening portion of about 40 to 70° C. Thus formation of thermally denatured albumin can be completely restrained.

  • Patent number: 4666394
Abstract: A process and apparatus for pneumatic-pressure forming or vacuum/pneumatic-pressure forming a web of thermoplastic material into a matrix form of containers and having the thus-formed plastic product processed with a thermal fixation operation, which comprises in combination the steps of holding a forming mold at a thermal fixing temperature for the plastic to be formed so as to have the matrix of containers thermally fixed through a temperature range characteristic of the plastic; and cooling-off thus-formed plastic containers, while maintaining the interior of the formed plastic containers at such a pressure level that the formed plastic containers are no longer subjected to any risk of deformation after the forming mold is removed, and after having been removed from the engagement with the forming mold.

  • Patent number: 4535901
Abstract: A blow-molded multi-ply vessel having excellent physical properties and good appearance which comprises two or more kinds of thermoplastic resins, at least one of which is a thermoplastic polyester resin, said vessel having a multi-ply structure of three or more layers at least at the thin wall part of the body thereof and a single layer structure at least at the open end of the mouth part thereof, and at least the thin wall part of the body being biaxially orientated. The vessel is produced by sequently and alternatively injecting two or more kinds of molten thermoplastic resins into one mold with shifting injection timing from a molding machine having plural injection cylinders with one mold closing operation to form a multi-ply parison and then blow-molding the parison at an orientating temperature.
