  • Patent number: 6953112
Abstract: The present invention provides a one-way clutch in which spring force of tongue pieces of a spring will not be decreased, even in case where a larger tightening margin is provided between a cage and an outer race, but proper spring force can be maintained thereby to attain reliable synchronization between the outer race and the cage, and a rise of cost will not be incurred. The one-way clutch includes a cage, a spring arranged along an inner diameter side of the cage, and a sprag assembly. Each of sprag is inserted into pockets of the spring and cage, respectively. One end of the spring is overlapped with the other end at a position where the largest repulsive force is exerted from the cage. Thereby, rigidity of the spring is increased in a part of the spring corresponding to the position.

  • Patent number: 6734437
Abstract: An electron beam irradiation system for shooting an electron beam at a master disk to make recordings. This system is capable of focusing the beam easily and accurately in a corresponding manner to the master disk, thus permitting accurate recordings. The system has a support mechanism portion holding the master disk on it. The support mechanism portion has a slide table on which a focusing stage is placed. The focusing stage has a knife edge and a Faraday cup. The knife edge is located immediately beside the master disk. When recordings are made, an electron beam is first shot at the focusing stage and brought to focus. Then, the beam is shot at the master disk, thus making recordings.

  • Patent number: 6711895
Abstract: An assembly of a one-way clutch and a bearing in which a thrust load due to a stator is absorbed and a dynamic pressure is generated is configured to prevent an abrupt temperature rise even when the pressure becomes high so that wear of sliding faces is prevented. The assembly of the one-way clutch and bearing is attached a stator of a torque converter. Dynamic pressure grooves and an escape groove serving as the bearings are formed in at least one of opposing faces of a flange portion formed on the stator and a pump member, or opposing faces of a bearing support which is placed on the side opposite to the flange portion of the stator, and a turbine member.
