  • Publication number: 20140265094
Abstract: For providing a die bonder, a bonding head device and a collet position adjusting method for enabling an automatic correction (adjustment) of errors, including height and inclination thereof, when exchanging a collet, with a simple structure thereof, in the bonding head device, having a holder 41h for guiding a vacuum for suction in an inside thereof, a shank 41s and a collet 41c, detachably attached at a tip of the holder, for adjusting the position of the collet after exchange of the collet, a reverse-side surface of that collet is photographed, before exchanging it, by a reverse-side surface photographing camera 42, which is disposed below the bonding head device, and after the exchange of the collet, the reverse-side surface of that collet exchanged, and then correction is made on positions of the collets, so that pictures photographed before/after the exchange thereof come to be coincident with.

  • Patent number: 5334086
Abstract: An apparatus for the high voltage treatment for a cathode ray tube including a neck having one end closed with a stem and housing an electron gun and stem pins for a focus electrode and other electrodes of the electron gun, establishes a high pressure gas atmosphere around the neck, and establishes a voltage which is sufficiently higher than the operating voltage of the cathode ray tube between the stem pins when the high pressure gas atmosphere. In order to prevent a creeping discharge due to the voltage applied to the stem pins, the temperature of the neck is maintained above the temperature of said high pressure gas atmosphere during the voltage application. In an alternative method, the dew point of the high pressure gas atmosphere is set at, at most, 25.degree. C.

  • Patent number: 4636963
Abstract: A control system for an automatic vending machine is adapted to set operating parameters such as the selling prices of various commodities. The system includes a microprocessor, associated memory, push-button switches, displays and a control program. For setting the price of a particular commodity the system responds to repeated actuation of certain switches and sequentially increments the values of a particular operating parameter stored in memory and displayed on the display, so that the value of a particular operating parameter can be changed without directly inputting data representing the desired value of the parameter. The operating mode of the machine is changed in a similar manner. The system reduces the number of switches required to change parameter values.

  • Patent number: 4513762
Abstract: A coin sorter for examining the genuineness of plural coin denominations and for sorting the coins has an AC bridge circuit which produces bridge output signals corresponding to different denominations of coins, a time-sharing signal generation circuit in the form of a microcomputer, for producing time-sharing signals, a switching circuit for time-multiplexing the bridge output signals in sequence to one output lead in response to the time-sharing signals, and a single amplifier and comparator which receives the sequentially provided bridge output signals, amplifies and compares them to reference signals, and provides an indication of the coin denomination.

  • Patent number: 4275806
Abstract: In a coin sorting machine of the type wherein a sorting coil for detecting the characteristics of a coin inserted into the machine is provided along a coin passage and the output signal of the coil is varied to thereby determine whether the inserted coin is true or false when the coin passes by the sorting coil, a coin sorting period is determined by detecting the position of the inserted coin rolling along the coin passage, and the inserted coin is sorted depending on whether or not a predetermined sorting signal is outputted during the coin sorting period.

  • Patent number: 4257435
Abstract: Erroneous counting of both false coins and real coins tied to a string is prevented by providing a two stage counter with a gate in the middle. The first stage determines whether the coin is real and, if real, what its value is. If the coin is real a gate is opened and the coin passes a detector which shuts the gate while simultaneously counting the coin value from the first stage.

  • Patent number: 4228811
Abstract: The jamming or misdistributing of coins inserted into a coin sorting machine in quick succession is prevented by providing detectors upstream of the coin distributing member and returning the coins if a secondly inserted coin passes the first detector before the first coin passes the second detector.
