  • Patent number: 9819093
Abstract: An electromagnetic wave absorber and an electromagnetic wave anechoic room using the absorbers. The electromagnetic wave absorber has improved electromagnetic wave absorption characteristics at high frequencies in spite of having a hollow structure. The electromagnetic wave absorber includes a hollow shell with a bottom that is a rectangle. A part of a surface of the hollow shell and an outer face of a planar extension lie in planes that are not parallel to any side of the rectangle. At least the plane that is not parallel to any side of the rectangle is included in a surface of an electromagnetic wave absorption member.

  • Patent number: 9626750
Abstract: An image processing device that performs image processing on a composite image obtained by merging a first image and a second image having different exposure conditions. A data acquiring unit acquires the composite image and region data indicating a target region of the composite image. A image processing unit performs different image processes between the target region and a region other than the target region based on the region data. The images include a region on which a moving subject is rendered. In the region on which the moving subject is rendered, the composite image is generated by using a pixel value of one of the first image and the second image. The region data represents one or a plurality of regions generated based on the region of the composite image, on which the moving subject is rendered, as the target region.

  • Patent number: 9129414
Abstract: A device is provided that generates a composite image using a first image and a second image having different exposure conditions. The device includes an image input unit, a likelihood calculating unit, an exposure estimating unit, and a compositing unit. The image input unit inputs the first image and the second image. The likelihood calculating unit calculates a subject motion likelihood at each pixel based on a difference between the first image and the second image. The exposure estimating unit estimates an exposure transform function that conforms the exposure conditions of the first image and the second image to each other based on the subject motion likelihood. The compositing unit composites the first image and the second image by using the exposure transform function.

  • Patent number: 7799147
Abstract: The performance index ??×Q of a magnetic core member, in which an Fe—Si—Cr alloy is used, is further improved. A flaky soft magnetic metal powder, which is used in a magnetic core member for an RFID antenna comprising the above flaky soft magnetic metal powder and a binder, wherein it is composed of an Fe—Si—Cr alloy having an Ms (saturation magnetization)/Hc (coercive force) of 0.8 to 1.5 (mT/Am?1) in an applied magnetic field of 398 kA/m. In the present invention, it is preferable that the flaky soft magnetic metal powder consists of 7 to 23 at % of Si, 15 at % or less of Cr (excluding 0), and the balance being Fe and inevitable impurities, and that it has a weight-average particle size D50 of 5 to 30 ?m and an average thickness of 0.1 to 1 ?m.
