To be more specific, cross certification is executed with the storage medium, the first key is decrypted by the second key, the decrypted first key is encrypted, and the decrypted first key and the encrypted information are stored in the storage medium. The novel constitution prevents unauthorized replication of information by use of a low-cost, general-purpose semiconductor memory.
